Sydney is underrated. She gives instructions during the workouts which is better than having all music. I prefer to have spoken instructions so I don't have to look at the screen. Please don't change your format and follow the others.
Yesterday I found out my husband has a secret plan to leave me for another woman. I spent the day sobbing on the couch, and planned to spend the week doing the same thing. But you know what? It would be a damn shame to let me body get weak just because my soul is being challenged. I wasn’t ready to give today my all, but I have it what I could and I’m proud of myself for that. Thank you Sydney for being such a constant in a tumultuous life.

I want to cry (tears of joy) right now. For the past couple of years I have been dealing with a herniated disk in my back and a tear in my shoulder due to the countless Spartan races I accomplished. I was in pain every single day to the point where I had trouble getting out of bed and when I did every step on my right side brought shooting pains down my leg. I also could not even come close to lifting my right arm parallel to my shoulder. Welllllll, as of today I did shoulder presses with a 20 pound weight! Yes, 20 pounds and I did lunges with a 30 pound. I am feeling stronger both mentally and physically. Sydney’s program popped up in my RUclips feed on day one of her challenge and when I saw it, I knew this was a sign for me to get my mental and physical health back and I have not missed a day since. Sydney, you are a blessing to countless people. The impact you have is astounding. Thank you a million times over for all you bring to so many with your knowledge and genuine care of our health and well being.
So awesome! I was able to push up into some of my heavier weights for bicep curls, shoulder press and chest press. Could not figure out the weighted plank, however, so I just did a bodyweight version.
Sydney got me all emotional again. I am so proud of myself. I bought 25lbs yesterday. I used 20lbs for things I've never done before. I can see and feel the changes in my body. I'm almost 43 and strong than I've ever been! And have SUCH a better relationship with food. SO GRATEFUL for finding you!!!!

Sydney is 100 % accurate in saying we surprised ourselves with what we cpuld do today. I got to fatigue in some sets. I shook in some sets. And a total accomplishment for me was doing the planks with a weight on my back! 💪

I realized it's month 11, and I'm still using the same weights as month 1. I went to the gym this morning, pushed heavier weights, and got lower into my squats while tapping the bench as Sydney suggested. I definitely feel a difference! My goals now are to push heavier weights in my upper body and be able to squat 40 pounds (at least a few reps) by the end of the month.

My workout is done. I usually workout after work around 6pm but have decided that for Tier 2 I am going to try to workout in the morning. So I set out my clothes last night and my weight, got up at 5:30am all bright eyed and bushy tail, pushed play and wow!! i did everything Sydney asked of me. Imagine i used my 30s in the last round of Skull Crushers. Hope i can keep up my morning routine. But my workout for today is dun, dun, dun. Love it. Thank you Sydney. I really want to see my body toned and strong.

The 1, 2, and 3 minute sessions in the last tier really prepared me for this. I'm taking less breaks and keeping up with Sydney better than I ever have. I still have to stop and breath sometimes but I'm hopeful that I'll be right with her by the end of tier 2. Let's go!
I crushed Day 1 of Tier 2. I chose to channel my frustration into the workout. My frustration is the personal stress of certain people and my disability case. I surprised myself with heavier weights. I’m going to get stronger this month.
I love the way we are starting off strength month! Sydney encouraged me to push myself but also realize my current limits. Can't wait to see how we create new bests this month!

This is my favourite workout of Summertime fine 4.0 so far!!! I really did surprise myself today, I'm gonna order some 12kg(26 pounds) dumbbells for things like chest press and rows as my 10kg(22 pounds) aren't as challenging anymore! Really loving the upper body focus today too!!! 💪
