Are you ready to crush this workout together? Today we are utilizing the training variables around endurance and stabilization to push your body to build muscles and boost your metabolism to start losing body fat. Make sure you give the video a thumbs up, comment, and subscribe to the channel!
We will work for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work for every exercise and the workout will be an upper body workout focused on our PUSH muscles. We will also hit the best ab exercises to finish! The training variables we will implement in our workout today will be focusing on the selection of weight and the tempo of your reps. You will use weights that are 75-85% of your max weight for each exercise to be able to perform more reps powerfully and you will move your body for 2 seconds to lengthen the muscle we are working and take 2 seconds to complete the contraction. Think of sitting into a squat for two seconds and pushing back up for 2 seconds without a pause at the bottom. You will aim for 6-12 reps for each work period and aim for muscle failure at the end of each exercise!

Just this morning I finally felt back to my strong self 7 months after having my 5th baby. I’ve been consistently working hard for five months but still felt discouraged. I trusted the process, prayed for results, and showed up with Sydney. I looked in the mirror today and saw what I’ve been working for. Not a perfect body, but a perfect body for ME. Way to go everyone! Whether you feel confident today or discouraged, TRUST THE PROCESS. Keep showing up and any day you will see what you’ve been working for. I promise!

I proud of myself for taking Sydney's motivation to help inspire others. I made a huge commitment to coach a 12-13 y/o school softball team every day after work from April until mid June. It was really tough for me to wake up 2 hours earlier for work and then run straight to practice or a game - some weeks I'd have 4 games back to back and I wouldn't be home until 8pm, ate a quick dinner, and right to bed. But it was all worth it because of what happened during our last game last night. One of my pitchers struggled with staying confident in game situations throughout the year. She had a rocky inning yesterday, but worked herself out of a jam and came back into the dugout and said "Coach! I didn't get in my head that time and I feel super confident!" I could not have felt more proud in that moment. Sydney, YOU helped me help her. Thank you for your daily motivation and inspiring me to spread the feeling and mindset of Happy, Healthy, and Strong to these young ladies💛

I am shaking like a leaf after that one! SO proud of myself that I finished 3 rounds of those burpees at the end without stopping even though I so wanted to and was getting crawled on by my dog! After this week I am feeling the gains and listening to my body what it needs adding stretching and foam rolling where I feel any soreness! Focus Meditate Breathe Achieve!
