For those people that keep complaining about Sydney trying to make a profit, I’m just wondering… do you profit from the work you do? Or do you just volunteer your time at work every day? ‘Cause I know I work for money to support myself, and I suspect Sydney needs to feed herself and her family. Just my guess 🤷♀️

Absolutely I couldn’t agree more. Ladies, we need to support each other not tear each other down.
Sydney is big proponent of proper form and protecting your body from injury if you’re switching moves up all the time you don’t really get an opportunity to perfect your form and push heavier weights with confidence in your form. Building muscle and strength isn’t always fun and entertaining. It takes consistency, good form, and increasing your weights. My body has never felt so strong and my confidence in form has never been higher since working out with Sydney!
Remember she is coaching from a “home workout” standpoint as well. If you feel like you need more variation try going to the gym where there are more dumbbell and equipment options. With that said, Sydney’s workouts are solid and continue to improve my body’s strength and aesthetics! I’m not going anywhere! Hang in there and push heavy! You will get through the “boredom” part of it when you start seeing those gains in the mirror 🙌🏼

It's been weeks since I was able to wake up early enough to finish the full workout and be able to pack all the lunches and get the kids ready for school. Today I did it-Feeling good!

Finally felt confident enough to reward myself with new dumbbells (20#). Got to use them today for chest presses. 🤗 Can’t wait to use them tomorrow for lower body. Going on a cruise in June & I’m hoping to reward myself with a new bathing suit. 🫣

i enjoyed the workout my only complaint is I like working out longer than 30 minutes, so I usually do more when I complete it.
I normally love upper body over lower but I was dreading this workout. I had been playing catch up so was still sore from last weeks workouts, but I showed up and I crushed it! Not my heaviest weights, but the best I could do for how I was feeling. My arms look AMAZING thanks to you Sydney!!! 💪🏼
15 seconds wasn't enough time between sets of the same exercise. I had to pause after every single one. Trying my hardest to lift as heavy as possible, I need a little more time in between, ma'am! Going from shoulders to chest, etc is okay, but the same muscle straight through... I needed a LOT of breaks!

❤prime day 7 - Crushed it using light weights - I liked using my bench!
I feel a huge difference in how I am able to do each exercise… I feel my muscles growing ( especially glutes) I’m fairly new… started over a year ago and have toned. I see definition in my shoulders. My balance has improved. I see results so she’s doing something right. I must remember to stretch & make time to walk 😅 Have a great day everyone! ❤

Crushed it, and I love the prone tricep extensions! I usually feel the standing ones in my neck no matter how hard I try to keep my shoulders down. I had to go lighter on these but it felt so much more focused.
