For those people that keep complaining about Sydney trying to make a profit, I’m just wondering… do you profit from the work you do? Or do you just volunteer your time at work every day? ‘Cause I know I work for money to support myself, and I suspect Sydney needs to feed herself and her family. Just my guess 🤷♀️
Sydney is big proponent of proper form and protecting your body from injury if you’re switching moves up all the time you don’t really get an opportunity to perfect your form and push heavier weights with confidence in your form. Building muscle and strength isn’t always fun and entertaining. It takes consistency, good form, and increasing your weights. My body has never felt so strong and my confidence in form has never been higher since working out with Sydney! Remember she is coaching from a “home workout” standpoint as well. If you feel like you need more variation try going to the gym where there are more dumbbell and equipment options. With that said, Sydney’s workouts are solid and continue to improve my body’s strength and aesthetics! I’m not going anywhere! Hang in there and push heavy! You will get through the “boredom” part of it when you start seeing those gains in the mirror 🙌🏼

I have to say I am really progressing with my upper body strength and a bonus is my "girls" are perkier too! 😂 i thoroughly enjoy every workout you put out for us FOR FREE. Something we all need to not forget. Love ya Syd!
Finally felt confident enough to reward myself with new dumbbells (20#). Got to use them today for chest presses. 🤗 Can’t wait to use them tomorrow for lower body. Going on a cruise in June & I’m hoping to reward myself with a new bathing suit. 🫣 Thanks Sydney for your workouts & your inspiring talks. Helps me fight through the discouragement. ❤

I really liked the way you showed us to do tricep kickbacks laying in the bench. I always felt like I wasn’t getting the most out of it when I hinged I was too worried about keeping my back flat. Thanks for always teaching!!!!
