Yes this felt like a summertime fine workout! Also when Sydney says there’s cardio you know it’s gonna be burpees and mountain climbers. I knew as soon as she said she was sprinkling cardio in😂
The few times you explained how to hold the dumbbells, back fly and the supinated pulse curls, that helped me so much! I've always struggled to figure out what I was doing wrong to not feel the connection and how to appropriately hold the weights for certain exercises. Thank you so much!
