Sydney I was proud of myself for sticking to the heavy weight in spite of ge burn and that 1 - 2 rule really works the muscle. Sydney you used to put a stretch video with all your workouts...could you please put them back again? That is really helpful because you target the muscles which were used during the workout. Thanks. Love 💕
