    Was anxious about today after yesterday full body, my arms are still screaming but so grateful it’s a pull upper body, I sometimes forget but Sydney knows exactly what we need

    Yesterday wasn't a good MS day for me, so I rested my body so that I could function today. I realize I'm finishing this month's workout a day late, but I got it in. Thanks for all the support everyone out there. We've got this!!!

    Happy Saturday Sydney and Squad!
    When wake up this morning I thought oh my Gosh, I don’t think it will be possible for me to pump this amazing upper body workout 💪 but I settled up my mind and thanks Gosh and Sydney I was able to crushed it 💪👍👍

    My favorite exercise was the weighted jack knives. I normally dread them but today I felt in the zone! Happy Tuesday!

    Sydney I was proud of myself for sticking to the heavy weight in spite of ge burn and that 1 - 2 rule really works the muscle.
    Sydney you used to put a stretch video with all your workouts...could you please put them back again? That is really helpful because you target the muscles which were used during the workout. Thanks. Love 💕
