Crushed it ❤ I can’t wait for next month’s program . Although Flex was extremely challenging in great ways, I’m over it 😅. The format was just too much of the same thing everyday , just different body parts each day. Same goes for the music. I need some of that cardio and endurance back 😁. Still super grateful for all the time/effort that Sydney and Dustin and their team put into Flex.
