- Get ready for an amazing upper body PUSH! After two rounds of each exercise we will rock into full flex mode by pushing to your best ability in one final round of each exercise. We will start the workout with chest exercises, followed by tricep and shoulders. This workout is meant to push you to your limits so embrace failure, push through the burn, and challenge yourself to push harder than you have before. Crushed it! My chest was sore from yesterday but still pushed hard! I'm harnessing stress and frustration from work and getting it out on the mat this week. Great last week of the program! Little worried about leg day tomorrow 😅

I am a big fan and have been following now for 4 yours. Struggling to get back into it after a year off. Doing what I can, Love that I can make it my own workout. I was unable to weight train due to breast cancer diagnosis and complications from treatment. I now have severe wrist and shoulder tendinitis and frozen shoulder. Sometimes I do the exercises without weights, especially when my shoulder range of motion prevents proper form. Slow and steady for the last 6 weeks. Starting back at the beginning, progress not perfection. Thanks for always being here!
