I think the big takeaway from this video is how it’s been 5 years since he started this genre and he’s grown up more/changed. But a lot of things haven’t changed at the same time.
The collaborative visual evolution of these two in this video just displays how exhausting and soul sucking this world of entertainment is. Incredible talent though.
It’s most obvious on how much it has changed YUNGBLUD. He went from a fun, life-loving kid in 2019 to someone who looks miserable and totally drained now. Someone said YUNGBLUD got mixed up with the Chrome Hearts crowd and he and MGK aren’t friends anymore. MGK didn’t even include YUNGBLUD in the documentary about the album. Seems they only released this for business reasons and to make fans happy.
