Starting again today after a break. Didn't compete summertime fine due to an injury. I had to go much lighter with my weights. My goal today is do the stretches on the calendar. I used to skip them. I want to prevent another injury!

I am so happy to be working out with Sydney again! I took a year off from daily exercise after burning out at my last job, mental health is so important! I am finally feeling so good after working out consistently the last month, and my reward is to keep my structured schedule and to exercise daily not only for physical health but for mental health! I started working out with Sydney in 2021 and I'm so inspired by her journey. Congrats Syd, the channel is strong, getting stronger! 💓

I loved the inclined press today. I used a yoga bolster and blocks in place of a bench. Worked great! My goal today is to bathe my dog, walk her to the park and finish the book I am reading....that is also my reward. Yay me! Great job everyone.

Another fun workout. I have a hard time with the short transition times but didn't let that hold me back from crushing it! My body is sore so I'm going to get out for a walk today and enjoy the beautiful weather we are having.

So hard at first but gives me such an edge on the day to be up and ready by 530 am! Great job!
