Great workout! I have a temporary assignment that has me clicking play at 5:00 instead of 8:30....phew, that adds a new dimension to the workout! Kudos to all of you who are able to do this at 5am every day! 👏👏

😅 loved this straight set Upper body pump! Abs at the end needed today!! I am focusing on hitting protein today and another stretch session to help muscle fatigue because I hit it hard today! Happy Tuesday all ❤

Was in a car accident at the start of the month. So I'm behind on this series. But was able to do this workout with lighter weights. I'm back in it to win it (carefully). .. thanks I really enjoy your series and they make a positive difference in the daily routine. 👍🏻👍🏻
Mindset and approach are everything in our “happy healthy strong” lifestyle. It is a privilege to honor the body for all of its effort. Each time I choose to overcome a lack of motivation to meal prep, my future self always thanks me. Sheet pans are best when you don’t feel like it. Look them up. 👑 💪 and Keep it up!
Starting again today after a break. Didn't compete summertime fine due to an injury. I had to go much lighter with my weights. My goal today is do the stretches on the calendar. I used to skip them. I want to prevent another injury!

I loved the inclined press today. I used a yoga bolster and blocks in place of a bench. Worked great! My goal today is to bathe my dog, walk her to the park and finish the book I am reading....that is also my reward. Yay me! Great job everyone.

I am so happy to be working out with Sydney again! I took a year off from daily exercise after burning out at my last job, mental health is so important! I am finally feeling so good after working out consistently the last month, and my reward is to keep my structured schedule and to exercise daily not only for physical health but for mental health! I started working out with Sydney in 2021 and I'm so inspired by her journey. Congrats Syd, the channel is strong, getting stronger! 💓
