Woke up pumped to get this workout in the early morning. Well, life had other plans for me. When I got up this morning to take my son to school, my car wasn't there it was towed. So, I had to ask for rides to help me take my son to school and get my car out of the impound. I was not going today without doing this workout and here I am just CRUSHED IT!! Excited for you that you got it in. I'm also in a somewhat similar situation. I got to my workout at 9:45 tonight. Just thing after thing. I was going to finish the day with it. 10:15 now, and I never pushed harder. !!! GO US! Hope you got your car back safely.
Done again!!! 🤩 we need more 30 mins one that includes alllll the upper body instead of separating them into 3 muscle groups like you normally do. I love the ones that hit a little bit of everything in the upper body 💪

I always love all your workouts but this one was especially helpful to me today emotionally. We unexpectedly had to put our beloved dog Hunter to sleep yesterday and this was an emotional day and hard to start my workout because he always laid under my t.v. and "worked out" with me. This was my first workout without my sweet little man Hunter and you kept me strong throughout my workout today more than ever. Thank you Sydney.

Unfortunately I had the flu. After 7 days of no workouts I feel LOST. I felt guilt everyday I was sick…and I know I shouldn’t. But it was the longest break in 3 years. 😢 back today and went easy. So thankful for this community.
I've been working out inconsistenly after my c-section 6 months ago. But this year I'm coming back STRONGER !!! I love your motivational words Sydney, you make me want this!!!
I love what you said at the very end don’t even think about it just show up and do it. I like your motivation. I can really see the definition of my body. You’re a good instructor. I’ve been working with you for a while and I do see the difference in my body keep up the good work keep motivating us, I’d rather work out with you then go to the gym
