Day 8 of Balance complete. I had loved this short and spicy workout a year back and loved it today. Sweating like crazy. Held onto the weights I picked up and did both arms at every stage challenging myself even though my arms were shaking. Friends you all can do it. Proud of you all. 💕

2024. Love the connection using lower weights & the ladder of 30, 45, 60😊. Made the time fly by. The end stretching was varied which I enjoyed. YES YOU CAN! ME, TOO!!
Fantastic. I stayed with my lighter weights and really concentrated on each one. That felt great and a little break in intensity, which this old body needed today. Perfect! Thank you.

I am glad I took your direction and am deloading this week. I can really feel that mind/ body connection. My arms are still tired after this workout so I know I still got a good workout in. I also enjoy the different timed circuits. It's allowing me to challenge my muscles in a different way. I can't wait for Summertime Fine!!! ❤️
What you put into your body is what you get from your body. I always tell people when they ask me what I do to stay fit….I tell them I do these workouts but most of all I eat well. You can’t erase a bad diet with exercise. Be healthy be well. ❤ 33:21

Balance Day 8 done 👍🏻✅ loved this workout! I actually felt it more in the longer rounds with lighter weights which was surprising. Might need to think about lowering my weights for a bit in the workouts just to get a feel for the movements again.
Was an awesome arm workout. It may be de-load week but that was still a burner, even using 5lbs at the end there!!! Can’t wait for my SECOND Summertime Fine!!! I’m so excited!!! Almost 5 months postpartum and ready to see amazing results 🙌🏻.
So thankful for deload week. Going to move my body well so I can crush Summertime fine! I used my 15s, 10s and dropped to my 8s for 2 moves in the last shoulder 90 second circuit. I always use 20-25 for my chest presses but I’m trusting the deload/recovery process
