What a great workout! My biceps felt a little wonky and I had to drop down to 10 pound dumbbells from my typical 20 pounds in hammer curls, but instead of beating myself up over it, I knew this was the best I could do! When Sydney told us to stop comparing and judging our strength between the best and not-so-ideal days, it really stuck this time ❤️! Thank you for this beautiful community!
My new motto: Step by step, rep by rep. I am not afraid of failure, it just means that I'm pushing into something scary and that's OK. And as long as I focus on the next rep and give it my all, I will continue to get stronger. :)

I think this is the longest I've ever stuck to a program. I went into this program thinking I might stop halfway through but I kept persevering even through all the health issues I'm dealing with. I woke up and felt (and looked) strong and great for the first time in a while and I'm eternally grateful to you Sydney. You've changed my life

My knee is getting stronger. It was weak at the beginning of summer time fine but now I can actually put all my weight on it and do all the activities with less pain. I have to say this program helps so much!! 💯🙌🙏🔥

I crushed this workout even though I didn’t sleep well last night. My upper body is feeling stronger from this workout. The 30 minute workout was perfect because I’m working on my Continuing Education as a tax professional. I’m going to take care of myself today by stretching, hydration, eating healthy, taking a nap, meditation, and going to bed early. I hope everyone has a good day.
These upper body sets are starting to get easy....indicating it's time for me to bump the weights up! Aiming to complete my first marathon this fall, and these strength routines are helping me ease through the miles.

As much as I love the 45 and 50 minute workouts I really appreciate you adding in 30 and 40 minute routines this week. Some days I feel a little lower energy than others and doing a slightly shorter workout is a bit easier on my body.
I tried the 15s in set 2 of the supinated bicep curls...got 3 reps! I really like that Sydney continues to encourage us to try, just try. Even if we drop back down, try. That's how we know we're getting stronger and it gives us the courage to try it again and again, until we are able to bump up for the entire set. Thanks Sydney!
love the 30 minute workouts. I was able to work some with my new 20 lb weights (not a whole lot- but some!!!!!). I felt confident to push harder due to Sydney's encouragement!!!!!
When we started this I could do 3-4 bicep curls at 15#. Today I did all three rounds of our first bicep curls with my 20#s! Love these upper body days, thank you Sydney!
Oh wow, that is just incredible arm strength!! Is this for men also? I am a man and did this lesson but it was just brutal! I could manage only with 1 lb dumbbells didn't even last 19 minutes and I stopped as my arms just gave up on the bicep curls.😔I feel very low and unconfident.

So true about having strong back muscles. I'm pretty sure I'm able to carry 24kg of dumbbell not only because I've slowly built up my biceps, but my back muscles as well. I can feel my back being firmer than before and there's an indentation which I'm loving it. I fell in love with building my back muscles and I'll keep lifting hard. Thank you for the guidance! I couldn't have done it without you.

Finished this and did Sydney's 30 minutes power pilates after this. 30 minutes workout is never easy...mainly because we are pushing ourselves in a short amount of time. Love these short workouts in between the long ones. Loved the way Sydney scolded Dustin that he had not put the weights in the right order😍
