Yes!!! That finisher finished me!! I could barely squeeze out the last few push-ups!!💪question: skull crushers using 2 dumbbells are so much harder? had to go down to 10 lbs- couldn’t get the 15s all the way up on second round - such pinpoint isolation in that excercise…. Love the max out workouts, really gets the mental connection and competitiveness to go harder❤️🔥

When I started this program I was using 3,5,7 for upper body. Now I am using 10,12,15 and even 20lb weights!! Never in my life did I think this was possible. Sydney - you have given me the confidence to try things that scare me. THANK YOU!! Great job everyone :)
Definitely Short & Spicy!!! My muscle endurance progress is REAL!!! I am able to challenge myself to go higher in weights and still hit the reps!!! Coach SC is no joke…SHE is the REAL deal. I’ve been working out with HER solid for over a YEAR now and I am so much stronger today than I was a YEAR ago. Real progress ❤️

Yesterday’s workout was the hardest one I’ve EVER done in my life, including lifting heavy in the gym! So, I’m guessing today will be another challenge to overcome and I CANT WAIT!!!
Today is my 36th birthday and I crushed this workout! I didn’t sleep well last night because of my period and I came home from seeing my girlfriend today. I was determined to do this workout to take time for myself. I’m going to recover by stretching and going to bed early. I hope everyone has a good evening and I’ll see you tomorrow morning.
My chest and triceps were on FIRE!!! What a BURN! I definitely pushed harder than I ever thought I could! That’s for proving to me again that I can level up! Another amazing workout! I didn’t get a chance to comment yesterday about it so I came back to show some comment love.
I have been doing all the workouts in this series of STF: 3.0 and have been really enjoying all the workouts, some in this series have had changes due to past injuries, lack of equipment or space issues but have have improvised and have somewhat made it work. Thanks for supplying these workouts and especially for your encouragement along the way I so appreciate everything you are doing you are an amazing inspiring person ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹
The hardest move of that workout...lifting my arms overhead for the first stretch at the end 🤣Totally my favorite workout of this max out week because it's the focus (chest and triceps) where I have seen the most improvement this month 💪🏽🌟🔥Let's rock the last max out tomorrow all 🙌❤️😃
My chest was super sore from yesterday's ARISE II workout. Be that as it may, I still went up in weights and pushed myself to work through the soreness. Sydney is the best motivator on RUclips. I don't know that I could have done that working out by myself.

Not going to lie this month has been a lot of convincing myself to work out. I love a good total body hit, But this month series has forced me to be patient and work on muscle strength. Something great that came out of it was my form especially for back muscle movements 🙌
Short and spicy workout indeed. The one arm chest press max out at each set was extremely challenging. My arms are definitely jello. Sydney's 30 minute full body stretch was like a blessing after this workout.

Your workouts always look so good but I cant so any of your workouts because of the constant up and down. I get instant headaches if I do too much up and down... is their anyway to do one Mashup video with standing abs and weights or 1 video of standing abs and 1 video of weights please??? ❤

My arms are literally done for lol they have officially tapped out during the last circuit. I felt so weak trying to push up 😂 but only arms are feeling good and seeing some definition. Thank you for this short and spicy warm workout.
