Who’s still rocking the All Time Greats? I enjoyed my fit life by hiking on vacation last week, slipped going down the mountain, and ended up with a bruise that basically covers my palm and an inch or two of my wrist. So I had to lower the weights on this one and skip the push-ups (I did a bent arm/straight arm kickback instead and I was plenty sore). Counting down just a few days until we have new workouts again.
Feeling humbled but strong after that quick and intense push workout! Still getting better together from Transcend to today. Thank you for being such a huge part of my journey!

Hi Jhanvi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around the 17 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
Transcend was the first workout I ever did with Sydney. Back then, I was too nervous to comment. I was pretty out of shape too. I'm feeling all kinds of emotions coming back to this workout and doing it again. I'm not where I want to be yet but I've improved so much in my strength and my ability to last. I'm so glad Sydney put this all time greats playlist together for us. This has been awesome!

Great workout this morning! Perfect amount of time for my schedule today! Anyone get the coconut ice cream ghost protein that launched last week? So good. I followed Sydneys suggestion and mixed it with light and fit coconut vanilla greek yogurt...... protein bomb, texture of pudding, added strawberries bluberries and sliced almonds with a piece of toast and almond butter for a fast dinner yesterday. So good! Light but filling!!!!!!!
I usually use 5-15 pound dumbbells and about a month ago i thought to myself I should go get 20 pound dumbbells out of my dads garage where he used to workout, and I genuinely thought I’d never actually use them. Now I’m starting to use them here and there, starting to think I should bring in my 25 pound dumbbells in incase I’m feeling crazy. I am so proud of myself, thank you Sydney!

Fast forward many years later and it is still in my head - any definition I see in my arms helps push that negative thought a little further away.

I loved our talk at the end. Going into this day with jello arms and going to rock cleaning this house! I have this! This was an amazing workout. That last set was a burner!!!!!! Love this program- really reminds me of the in person personal training I used to do with the cardio warmup and the repeated exercises. I really enjoy getting to repeat exercises back to back because it allows me to hone in on my form , get that mind muscle connection going, focus on progressive overload, and really feel the muscle burn. I've been working out with you for two months now, every day and my butt is feeling so damn firm and strong. Now, abs need to catch up.
