40 Minute Upper Body Push & Sculpt Workout | CRUSH - Day 2

  • It's DAY 2 of CRUSH! Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!
    Today is an upper body push workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of 13 upper body exercises for 40 or 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise.
    I used anywhere from my 5 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I also used my bench for chest press and skull crushers as I am 20 weeks pregnant and I will be turning any supine exercises into an inclined exercise. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

    1. Chest Press
    2. Skull Crusher
    3. Chest Fly Pulse
    4. Standing Tricep OH Extension
    5. Standing Chest Fly
    6. DB Squeeze Chest Press
    7. Shoulder Press
    8. Alternating Arnold Press
    9. Front and Side Bent Arm Pulses
    10. Push Ups
    11. Dips
    12. Tricep Kickback Pushes

    I was really not feeling a workout today, I brought myself to the mat just wanting the workout to be over. It was a hard slog today but I pushed through and I am proud of that. For anyone else who's biggest challenge was just showing up, I am proud of you too!

    That was absolutely the toughest upper body workout I have ever done. I had to dig deep. My entire upper body was shaking when I got to the tricep dips! Who's gonna come drive me to work today!?!

    My arms were done after the first round of shoulders. The pushups were literally impossible at the end, I just held planks with some collapsing in the middle. So good and intense!

    Omg yes!!! Finished my day with this workout and I’m so glad I did. Felt so strong and really pushed myself. Tried using the heavier weights for certain moves, and even though I couldn’t make it through a full set always, I was so proud I was able to do a few!!     Totally crushed this workout!! And I did the whole finisher on my toes which shocked the heck out of me! I thought I would just try it but I pushed through to the end. Although after the 10sec hold I literally could not push my self back up and colasped 😂😂😂.... what a burner Sydney!!! 💪🏽🔥🔥🔥

    Convinced myself that I was going to use today as a rest day instead of Thursday. Overall, felt very anxious and was sitting around feeling sorry for myself.     I’ve been doing Sydney workouts daily for almost two, and every day is a challenge for your body. Today was especially tough. That’s the only way to get stronger physically and mentally, by challenging yourself every day. Thanks Sydney 💪🙏🥵

    Really loved the format of this workout. I was encouraged to push my weights or tempo up each round. The 30 minute round made it easier to try heavier weights. Loved all the exercises but I did swap out the dips with triceps push-ups. I definitely did not expect that finisher at the end!

    Had a busy week last week and only got to workout with you twice.
    It was a good kind of busy…with my 2 boys. So many fun & adventurous activities.
    I started this week with a BANG!
    Went up in weights checkmark ✔️
    Maintained good form ✔️

    This workout was SO GOOD. I didn’t use my heaviest dumbbells ever, but it’s the hardest I’ve worked my upper body in such a long time. Loved it!

    I did not sleep well last night so I woke up unmotivated to workout. It took me way too long to get dressed and set up in front of my monitor. Praise the Lord it was strength day. I don't think I could have pushed myself to give my all if it was cardio. I just find it easier to dig deep and go heavy on strength days. I finished this one feeling like a beast. Except for the pushup finisher. My arms could barely support me by then, lol.

    This is my new favourite upper body workout🥰. I went up for the first time to my 12.5kg weights for my chest press, that took a big cup of courage but I got through the 40 seconds of the work with them, I’m so proud of myself and so thankful to you Sydney for the constant incouragement, and that inspired me to go up in all my weights for the rest of the workout. Mind you my arms are jelly now but mentally I’m so pumped. Love you Sydney you are my mentor. 🥰🥰❤️👍💪

    I was really struggling with the shoulder circuit and my 3yo picked up his little 3lb weights and said, “Here, Mommy. Let me show you.” 💪🏻

    OMG!!!! My shoulders are on fire🔥🔥🔥I skip upper body some days because genetically I bulk up and already look toned, so I keep upper body to a minimal. Today, I am feeling it drastically.     Thank you for continuing to push us and encourage us at the same time! Crushed it: I surprised myself by using heavier weights than I thought I could on the chest flies! 😅 By the end, my arms were shaking even in the “up” push-up position! Ha ha!

    Day 2 crushed! Thanks Sydney. I skipped a day because I was really stiff, and now I did day 2 workout. That was a great workout. Thanks for this great challenge. 🌻🌻🌻
