40 Minute Full Body Burnout Workout | CRUSH - Day 4

  • It's DAY 1 of CRUSH! Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!
    Today is a full body strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of 14 exercises that we will perform for 45 seconds at a time and we will complete two rounds of each exercise.
    I used anywhere from my 3 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells and certain exercises I only used my glute resistance bands. I also used my bench so grab weights that work for you, your glute bands, and your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
    The exercises:
    1. lift and lower front squat
    2. Heel Lifted Squat
    3. Squat hold
    4. Arnold Press
    5. Shoulder Press pulse
    6. Lateral raise hold
    7. Left Lunge
    8. Right Lunge
    9. Split Squat pulse Left
    10. Split Squat pulse right
    11. RDL and Clean and Row
    12. 2 lunges and 2 curls
    13. Glute Bridge and Press
    14. Squat Walk and Kickback

      I agree. Will be 60 this year too , definitely dont feel it and love these workouts. Between us Sonya we will keep the 60 year olds going lol x

    Wow! That was hard. In the past I used my kids as an excuse as to why I couldn't exercise but I'm trying to get past that. Today my baby woke up while I was working out but I nursed her and got right back at it. Proud I didn't give up.

      Same here, finding Sydney has been a game changer. I bought my kids their own yoga mat and 2 an 3 lb dumbells to keep them entertained. They try to do it with me and I actually get to go through the workouts

      Great job!!…I used to workout in between naps and feedings when they were very small…when I was focused. I now know I have to get up before them to make it happen bc the day can be so unpredictable.

    The bit about the dream we have being placed in our hearts for a reason really resonated with me! I've been working so hard at school for my dream career, to be successful and to show my family that it is possible to have a better life! As well as fitness and nutrition!     There’s only certain people on RUclips that I can workout too. Only enthusiastic trainers. Idk how people can workout with someone who doesn’t motivate you, speak to you while working out, making you feel great, push you to your max. It’s boring as heck to turn on a video to someone who doesn’t speak at all. We love you Sydney!

    When Sydney said we may not feel motivated today, she was speaking to me. I had to wake up earlier today (not by choice) and I was a bit tired and grumpy as a result. I'm proud of myself for not skipping and doing the work anyway. I felt better by the end as I knew I would. You never regret working out, but I usually regret skipping. Glad I didn't skip today.

    I usually do Blogilates calendar workouts but I've been doing those for exactly a year and they are VERY repetitive and I don't like clicking on so many different videos.
    I love how this video is bang for your buck. Like I'm giving 40 minutes of my day to working out with Sydney and I have no regrets. I finished this video feeling great and my thighs and arms are screaming for help!

    Sydney -My 15 year old younger self would have been when I was 55 years old .I was determined then to keep myself active ..which I have. Crushed today but had to give myself a 'talking to' to not give up when my body found things tough! Stick with it and you can do it! age is but a number.Health is everything and keeping active helps with keeping you healthy.

    I did not want to excercise today. It's a Sunday here in OZ and I was tired and unmotivated. Thanks Sydney for keeping me accountable.... Sunday is not a rest day for me so I need to keep moving. Really liked this one except for the split leg squats....lol. Thanks Sydney... You are amazing!

    Oooh… I love it when you use this set…silly but that background just motivates me… the full body workouts are my favourites as I’m committed to 3 workouts per week and they get the job done and leave me feeling pumped. Thanks for all your hard work!

    Thank you for existing, not only have you made me stronger physically, your motivating speech at the end of every workout carried me far in life, constantly reminding me to not give up on my dreams. Thank you so much for making fitness assessible to all of us, and for making each and every workout, fun, interesting and sometimes, challenging.
    Now I cant live a day without your workout, I need you to push me, I need some sprinkle of love at the end of each workout. Glad to say that, working out with you, has become an essential in my everyday life. Keep doing what you're doing, Sydney!
