Wow I’m sweating! Usually I don’t sweat too much with resistance workouts. I’m leaving for Charlotte on Tuesday- for the birth of my first grandchild! Maybe I’ll come back in July!. For 56 I feel pretty strong- ready to rock a baby❤

Whe I walked into the gym there was another girl already brushing this workout. It was so cool to not only see other people actually do these but to almost be doing it with her!
The music was bangin’ today! I loved the glute band exercise. The bands always step up whatever you are doing. Without them I am thinking “Oh, I got this.” Then I throw the band on and realize I have more work to do! Thanks Sydney and Dustin for an amazing kick off to STF!!!
Crushed it🥂 tough week...Monday started out strong..tues good..wed/thurs had a migraine and skipped working out cause I couldn't move...but I came back today..and finished..I'm proud that I didn't judge myself for taking rest when my body and head needed it..❤
Back for round two of STF 23! After months recovering from a back injury and life, this program has what I need to rebuild my base strength and support. ALSO, I forgot how spot on your motivational talk was through this one 🥹. Thanks Sydney!! ❤
The music! Gotta be the first time I actually recognise anything and I joined with the Strong program 🤣 Secondly my butt hurts from yesterday's workout and lastly anybody else feel dizzy with the dumbell twists? My eyes go weird.
This workout made me feel how strong I'm getting. But I gotta tell the last songs helped me through the last part of the workout. I usually have my music apart but for this programme I've decided not to struggle with pods falling haha so thank God for DJ D or the music
Thanks for the cue of "it's like a squat" in the lateral lunges today. I've never loved lateral lunges because they've always felt a little wonky in my body (and I've been doing them for years). This cue helped tremendously! Had to slow them down and think through it, but I feel like I can be more successful with them moving forward! Learning new things even after being a collegiate athlete. Thank you Sydney!
When Sydney said that the person you are now is the one helping you reach your goals… appreciate the person you are now because that version of you is helping you reach your goals… That really hit home. Thank you so much for that Sydney!
I started this program when it came out but I found myself getting tired and not being able to finish the workouts. I went back and did PRE first and now I feel much stronger doing this program. Thank you so much for making these videos available for free. You're the best 💙
It was many times when I nearly died during this workout but that was great🎉, I was pushing hard 👍 I am proud and I must say I already changed many things to the better because of this challenge Sydney!! My favorite set today was the floor tap, curl, squat and also the hammer curls as I was able to accomplish the last round with 25lbs each arm, which previously I had to switch down to 20's. Getting stronger everyday in every way. Thank you Sydney!!!!

Every cooldown talk you've had has resonated so much with me. I'm in the final few months of my PhD and I had a discouraging winter season. I really needed the reminder that I am amazing and the person I am today is getting me to my goals.
