      I brought out my 8kg kettlebell for the lighter moves and it was fun

    Holy moly, what was that ending? I was going right along thinking, I love this one and then the ending killed me! Don’t get me wrong I love snatches but with the burpee and the row I was DEAD! Thank you Sydney for always pushing us.

    Whoa whoa whoa! Snap that was something. The forward lunge with lateral raise and the burpee row snatch were insane. I’m feeling amazing after this workout. I did a 10 min cardio beforehand. this workout really keeps your heart rate up so I didn’t really 😊need it. Turnt! Thanks Sydney ❤❤❤

    Needed this so bad!! I was feeling really crappy in the morning and this workout was just what I needed. As a stay home mom with twins 18 months old i feel so overwhelmed each day but Im thankful Sydney is here to always push me to push myself to be better than yesterday. Thank you Sydney you are light in this overwhelming world!🙏💪🙌

    I was a bit upset I did not do the Saturday workout but I was caring for my elderly parents both with dementia. I realize sometimes we won't be able to do everything so I'm at it again this week. Monday crushed it!

    As soon as I hear "burpees" my body screams, "H-E-L-L no!!". But I told myself not to quit. My burpees don't need to be perfect. And so I did it! And.... Well they weren't perfect, but I did it and I'm so proud of myself for not giving up this time. We can do hard things! 💪

    I made it to the end 🎉 I am taking responsibility for myself! God I have tried to do this soooo many times. Please help me get to the end and not give up. Help me to show up for myself everyday, until I learn to make it a habit.

    Because of you being so positive and pushing us it is keeping me that much more dedicated to this program. Since I started this 11 days ago I have lost 9 lbs. I had lost 20 lbs the previous 45 days. Thank you for looking at the positive sides of things. It is so refreshing in this day and age.
