Whoa whoa whoa! Snap that was something. The forward lunge with lateral raise and the burpee row snatch were insane. I’m feeling amazing after this workout. I did a 10 min cardio beforehand. this workout really keeps your heart rate up so I didn’t really 😊need it. Turnt! Thanks Sydney ❤❤❤
Needed this so bad!! I was feeling really crappy in the morning and this workout was just what I needed. As a stay home mom with twins 18 months old i feel so overwhelmed each day but Im thankful Sydney is here to always push me to push myself to be better than yesterday. I was a bit upset I did not do the Saturday workout but I was caring for my elderly parents both with dementia. I realize sometimes we won't be able to do everything so I'm at it again this week. Monday crushed it!

As soon as I hear "burpees" my body screams, "H-E-L-L no!!". But I told myself not to quit. My burpees don't need to be perfect. And so I did it! And.... Well they weren't perfect, but I did it and I'm so proud of myself for not giving up this time. We can do hard things! 💪
That "little finisher" has me dripping sweat! Exactly what I needed to jump-start another awesome week! I promised myself I would commit to this program, and I keep my word. To myself and to others

I brought out my 8kg kettlebell for the lighter moves and it was fun
