Yes! This is the Sydney I love. One minute work periods are my fav because I can lift heavy and burn it out. I struggle with the shorter work periods because my grip strength isn’t great & makes it difficult to lift heavy-usually results in not feeling it as much and I feel like the workout was easy. This workout was WORK! It was amazing!!!
Sydney, when that last song came on during the squat holds, it had me dancing. I think it was MILF money. It gave me that last little boost I needed. Great workout and music as always 😍
Omg...body weight only for me with glute resistance bands and I am a sweaty mess and got a hard core burn. Royal Change resistance bands are a necessity if you don't have them. They don't roll and provide a strong resistance. Also, I loved the glute bridge references during this workout. I was actually going through them in my mind and then Sydney shouted them out!! Hell yah... crushed it
I feel in love with Sydney years ago! I took a break because I was traveling for about 2 years, with no regular gym room or weights. I moved into my new apartment yesterday, which so happens to have a gym with dumbbells! Before I even have a bed or electricity set up, I did this workout and realized how much I missed Sydney!! So good to be back!!!

LOVED the basic movement patterns and longer work periods. It made it more realistic to use the barbell and push for heavier weights! Would love to see more of these ❤️

Man, my legs and glutes right now!😂 For my Glute bridge analogy that I think of comes from the late great John Candy in “Planes,Trains and Automobiles”, where he says “We have a better chance of playing pick up sticks with our butt cheeks than making this flight!” So I think about trying to play pick up sticks. 😅
Started two days late and my muscles were SO SORE from the first two days I’m just now hitting this one. But 10 weeks pregnant and finished strong! Aiming to accomplish the entire STF program pregnant and all 🎉

Second time around and CRUSHED the glute bridges. ALL three minute rounds using my heaviest 90 lb dumbbell. The mind muscle connection was so intense and my glute squeezing those coals to diamonds did all the work. LOVED THIS TOUGH HOT SWEATY WORKOUT!!!!

I am 9 days behind on this STF 23 challenge as I just discovered this channel on Monday. I am determined to lose 100 #s before next summer and I am excited to kick start that journey with you. I kept thinking of the bend and snap from legally blond while doing deadlifts. My body has been so sore since day 1 but managing it all with epsom salt baths. Thank you!
Coming from a back injury, had to modify most of the exercises today. Also kept it to 10-12 reps throughout and some with only 2 sets. But u know what, this is my personal best. 🧚😌

Doing this one again in 2023 fall. Did it this summer too. For some reason I do always dread leg day a little bit even though I’ve been working out my whole life and with you for 3 years. I really appreciated your peptalk at the beginning about being nervous about what was coming, Sydney. You often have a very perceptive comment mid workout and kind of know what we’re thinking!

I really love these 60 second rounds. It helps so much with my endurance and allows me to experiment how long I can handle the heavier resistance before I have to go lighter. So challenging!
