Oh yeah! Legs still sore from Monday but crushed those glutes and hammies. I’ve seen so much change in the back of my legs and feel the muscle growing in my glutes. Can’t wait to get my next set of heavier weights to keep getting stronger 💪🏼
Sydney's workouts have became an insperable part of a good day for me. This year and the last one I've had a lot of studying to do and so much exam stretss and her programs helped me with being consistent and disciplined, focusing better, being more confident, managing my stress and keeping fit in spite of sitting behind a desk all day. I hope all my gratitude and appreciation reaches you queen❤
I completely agree, I work out in the evenings but look forward to my "me" time all day long. Mental and physical health has improved so much. Thank you for all you do to motivate and push us to the next level. I am ordering heavier weights this week!👏👏👏

This was so good…felt so strong. I love those hamstring curls….during the exercise I listened to Sydney and went up in those. Thought about starting with a band….didn’t used a dumbbell and then even went up!!! Be a master of your life!!! Crushed it!!!

I'm loving these hamstring curls! Doing them on my back with sliders always caused pain and frustration, but laying on my tummy and clamping a dumbbell between my feet is REALLY effective! Thanks for always pushing us, Sydney, and way to go, team!

Everytime I'm taking it easy too long, I stop moving regularly, I spend more time sitting or lying down, then I start feeling sad and I begin to fall into depressive patterns. More and more I feel like the best way to live is to stay moving as much as possible (with appropriate periods for rest and recovery). It's HARD to dig yourself out of unmoving inertia. An object in motion stays in motion and all that. I'm happier when my body feels good and a body is made to move! 😄
Sunday 8th Sep 2024, DAY 3 COMPLETE! So proud of myself for completing the workout in the afternoon rather than late evening/night. I'm working on starting my workouts earlier, with the goal of doing them first thing in the morning, before my classes! I can do it. Thanks Sydney
