Definitely not getting sick of the db hamstring curls ... I actually look forward to them because I feel such a connection with that movement. Love the concept of saying goodbye to the person who couldn't!!
Crushed today's workout with low energy, very sweaty and had to navigate around a toddler who decided to get up early with me. Had a hard time focusing but still pushed through. We can do hard things. Have a great day everyone!!!
Crushed it, and sometime over the weekend my wonderful husband got me a mirror for our gym area so I could see that my RDLs and split squats are actually pretty solid! Love the tempo focus, made straight sets more interesting.
Although we are usually doing the same workouts I can feel the difference in my strength and see some changes in my body as well. This is the first time I’m getting through the full workout program and following each workout you post every day with Thursdays and Sundays off which are the days you don’t post. Loving my commitment.❤

Two hours later and legs are still shaking! I can do it! I can conquer leg day! 😂 I love that Sydney explained each rounds tempo prior to starting, I was able to prepare my weights, instead of going up in weights each round like I would normally do, I started with my max weight and dropped one set for rounds two and three.

So I was dragged across my gravel driveway yesterday morning on my Sydney- strong abs. It was still dark and I wasn’t paying attention when my lab saw the deer herd in the yard. Took yesterday off- did this one today more gingerly than normal. Couldn’t do anything on my stomach. My palms are still a little shredded so holding dumbbells was challenging. But I did it. When Sydney talked about pushing through and not giving up- it’s the only thing that got me to do just that. I’m from the Jane Fonda era of no pain no gain. It works. Thank you Sydney for pushing me💪🏻🙌🤕!

i never like leg day but i do like the changes I'm seeing over many months! and i really liked this workout! the tempo changes made it seem like a new move each time :)
I don't know if I love or hate leg day but I do love the definition I'm seeing! And I went for a 12 km run on Saturday and my legs felt strong - could have kept going. Good job to all of us!
