    In today’s workout we will work for 60 seconds for each exercise and rest for 15 seconds after each exercise. This workout is going to push you to use one leg at a time and really target any muscular imbalances you may have so you can build the best lower body musculature. This workout will challenge your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, just grab your dumbbells and be ready to push yourself!

    This 30 min format is really approachable for me! I've done many long form workouts from Sydney, Caroline Girvan, and Tony Horton and they're great, but I've come to realize that, for this to become a life-long lifestyle for me, it needs to slot into my day easily.
    A 1-hour workout is never just 1 hour with pre workout prep and post workout recovery. With trying to get 10k steps in daily, getting work done, progressing non-fitness goals, and just showing up for my loved ones, a 1.5 - 2 hour time slot starts to feel very big (respect to folks who can dedicate that much time to daily workouts regularly).
    I always feel like I have 30 min and that lets me just do it.
    My favorite exercise in this workout was the heel lifted squats. I have an old ankle sprain injury and I'm working on recovering mobility in my right ankle so I can squat deeper. This exercise let's me squat deeper despite my poor ankle mobility, which allows me to focus strengthening my upper glutes. This is important to me not only aesthetically (I want a perky 🍑), but functionally as it supports my back (another injury I've recovered from is a bulging disc--never want that again). Posterior chain strength overall is increasingly important to me. This whole workout was great!

    I have been working out with Sydney since 2020 and I still love all her workouts. So much variety and wow what she can pack in a 30-minute workout is amazing.

    Hot dang this was a push! 🔥 Those single leg movements bring such a burn and fatigue me so much faster. Really appreciated the modification suggestion for the split squats of bringing the other leg up and just kinda floating it, because my knees always hurt with traditional split squats. Way to get after it everyone, proud of us for showing up 👊🏻

    Holy out of breath and gasping for air at the end of this one, WOW Sydney brought her A++++ game to this workout. I am toast and my legs are crying but I LOVED IT!! Keep crushing it for and with us Sydney, you are awesome and we are so grateful!!

    OHHHHHH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that fire finishing round left me unable to walk - legs are sooooooo shaky- yikes hope they dont fail me going up the steps! I have been following you Sydney for almost a year now I joined the week after my 63rd birthday and today is the last day that I am that age tomorrow is my 64th birthday and i know I will be rocking 64 as well if not better than 63!! Happy Wednesday everyone
