    I’m 65 and have been following along for some time. I struggle to get up and down off the floor, so I clicked on this video immediately! Then…. I had an the greatest idea!
    I slowed the speed down to 75% and I could actually keep up with you! It was AWESOME! I did it safely and I GOT IT DONE!!! Wahoo!!!

    When Sydney said she sees this as a personal trainer-client relationship, I related so hard to that statement. That's the way I've always seen working out with her. I see Sydney as my personal trainer I have to meet up with 4-5 days a week. That mindset makes me take this even more seriously.
    She inspires me so much. Whenever I “meet up” with her, I see what I can achieve with consistency when I get to her age. And the motivation she adds at the end really helps and keeps me going. Especially on days I don't feel like it but still workout anyway.

    I wasn't going to workout today, gave myself 100 reasons not to. But Sydney was on my mind.. saying you got this, you can stop to breath but not to leave. I did it! Also no spiders here but I did have a firefly friend with me the whole time

    I am not living my best life but I am alive. And I am moving one day at a time to return to a point where I can find peace and happiness. Today I am grateful that stepups seem to be improving, less pushing off from the bottom leg. I’ll try harder to follow Sydney’s advice and take care of myself outside these workouts. Too often it’s easy to say “it doesn’t matter, who cares, I’m still tired and fat” Tomorrow maybe I’ll do better.

    After all these years, Sydney is still so real. That's one of the things that keeps me coming back day after day. Because she's out of breath right along with me, and she celebrates when we make it to the cool down. 🎉

    I will say it took about every ounce of willpower to do this workout. And ya know what? Voila! Less than 40 minutes later (the ~40 minutes I did not want to commit), here I am! All sweaty from yet another awesome Sydney Workout!!!! Hang in there, peeps.... Crushing the workout sometimes is crushing the "badditude" that creeps up without warning. Yea us!

      Somewhere along my workout journey I’ve learnt that leg workouts are the best. Muscles in our upper leg are the biggest hence help burning most calories.

    This was such an amazing workout. They all have been. I'm a "late" starter as I am a few weeks behind most but I really enjoyed this workout and being able to enjoy the workout without trying to navigate the intiricate details of" how". Sydney makes sure we can do it to the best of our ability, whatever that may be.
    I cried midway through, turning my workout into a worship session being so grateful that I have a body. Regardless of aesthetics, I have a body that works and it can do all types of things!🥰🥰 I felt such a rush of gratitude and humility today. Yahuah has blessed Sydney to be able to guide us beyond just working out. You can tell it isn't about swinging weights and looking "social media post" ready for her. Her love for us being able to have moments like I had today and feeling inspired just because we are alive and have strength in all ways, is evident. I feel so blessed to be here. Many blessings to all who are here discovering and enjoying whether you have a bench or a floor, weights or only your body, I am so proud of you and glad you made it here. May The Most High continue to bless and keep us all 💗💗

    FINALLY did step ups without knee pain!! It has been years since I even attempted. Sydney's postpartum work outs have been amazing for rebuilding my body. Thank you so much Sydney!
    Oh and about that spider... I had a bee in my gym a few weeks ago. I took 2 dumbbells and ran for my life and finished the workout in my living room!!

    Today was a long rough day from my 9 to 5 and an even tougher 5 to 9 with two young boys, solo parenting. I don’t think I’d be able to work out today because the kids were on one and I was mentally not there. I just kept hearing in my head Sydney’s voice and I put those rugrats to bed. I didn’t bother to change into workout clothes and I pushed through this video. This is just to say if you are having doubts, just don’t feel like it, or are too tired, we see you, we hear you. But you can do it! We’re in it together! ❤❤❤

I have had 5 knee surgeries and need to modify the leg day workouts but she is so motivating and I absolutely feel as Sydney is my personal trainer! I tell people all the time to check her out, I love the strength I have kept up with since all the surgeries. Living my best life! Thanks Sydney!

    I’ve been doing your videos for a while but never commented before. Thank you for being my trainer and for consistently motivating me/us to be a better version of ourselves. I turned 50 a couple of months ago and have been struggling with losing weight. I work mostly sitting down all day but I do keep pretty active outside of work. I am a runner so have to balance lifting with running. Right now I just want to get leaner. I have 20 pounds of extra fat hanging around that I’ve accumulated over the past couple of years. It’s been hard getting rid of them! I’m 180ish pounds now and want to get down to 160.

    Crushed this one day late of the live upload but I’m so grateful to be able to be a part of this community. I can not put into words how incredibly grateful I am for Sydney and her guidance. The comment section about how much we love her says it all. I used to be a silent follower and only liked the videos after my workouts but I wanted to contribute to more engagement on this channel so that her work can reach thousands and millions others. Sydney and her team truly does make a difference and we are so lucky to have her here ❤

    I found Sydney 4 years ago! She’s always a reminder that I’ve living my best life! I was also finally able to do single leg deadlifts today with my leg behind me off the ground for all three sets!
