Another great leg day! My mental and physical health has been suffering for the last several weeks, working through an injury, staying positive is a struggle, but these workouts keep my mind on the positive, the what can I do with my body at this time and not giving into the defeatist attitude, this time will pass, and I will be strong and stronger again, I just have to fight through the present moments and focus on that brighter future. It isn't always easy but it will always be worth it to never give up! I can't do any upper body workouts but that doesn't mean I can't push myself lower body til my healing is complete! TO all those who struggle with anything body mind or soul, you will reach the light at the end of the tunnel with your focus on the positive! Don't give up! Don't give in! Find the strength you have within!!!!

Wow! After 4+ years, I have finally started to slow my reps down and feel my muscle working in both directions. I can’t believe it has taken me this long to truly absorb Sydney’s wise words. I can absolutely feel the difference and see new and improved tone! Thank you Sydney and this team of athletes for being there right alongside of me every day!! I’m proud of US!!
Yes, slowing those reps down really does make a difference! You can't rely on momentum, and the muscle is fully engaged. We're getting stronger every day, and I'm so happy to be working out alongside Team Sydney! 😅
Loved the variety of this workout. I’m not a huge legs day fan but loved this workout once I got into the mindset. I also loved that it was 2 rounds ❤that really made me motivated

My goodness that leg day was TOUGH!!! Today completed 7 years CANCER FREE!!! Beating Pancreatic cancer 7 years ago was by far tough than this but look at what we can accomplish when we remind ourselves that we can do hard things! Super grateful for life and a stronger body than I had when I had my first surgery!! Proud of everyone of you for showing up today. Don’t ever take for granted what your body can do!!! Crushed this after doing arms and abs that was uploaded the day prior 😅 I also did this in a hot garage but I managed to get through both workouts. I stayed hydrated and made sure to eat some protein and carbs beforehand. I have been traveling and have not done any workouts in the last 4 days so I am doing double time to catch up. Surprisingly enough, I feel like I’m on a high right now so I’m going to add 20 mins on my cycle bike. Didn’t get much sleep on the plane and there was a 2 hr time zone difference but I know that I will be getting a good nights sleep tonight ! See you all again on this channel tomorrow while I make up the other 3-4 workouts that I have missed in this program. Amazing amazing workout ❤❤❤❤

Crushing stf day 33 while on vacay!! I'm proud of myself for not saying " I'm not working out I'm on vacation" I don't wanna loose my progress! Great work everyone!
I loved this workout , getting through two round helped me push harder. I also press pause for an extra 10 seconds and make every rest break 25 seconds in order for me to add weight and go heavy. For me personally 15 seconds isn’t enough rest to do my full potential, sip water and wipe the sweat. Being ok with this and adding 5-10 mins to my workout to ensure I can really push has been affective for me in getting stronger. If I do only 15 second rest I feel I’m focusing more on endurance bc im going lighter then I could have if I had of had adequate rest. Good job everyone ❤
