Sydney, this workout today was a very emotional one. This is the last work out before my wedding! I will be putting a pause on my summertime fine workouts for my honeymoon! But I will be back. So proud of myself. Last months program, the last 2 weeks of it I got behind a few days because I didn’t make the time for my workout after busy days.. but since the start of STF, I’ve been getting it done at 6:00am every morning 💪🏾🙂
Today was tough for me mentally. I had been feeling under the weather and honestly I wanted to give myself a way out but I remembered the commitment I made to my self on day one… I will finish STF. I pushed myself and I finished strong. Super sweaty. I don’t know about anyone else I normally love Syds encouragement but during those split squats I was thinking “not today Syd”! 😂😂 thanks for a great work out. 🏋️♀️

I'd like to thank Sydney for showing up for us. This w/out was particularly difficult for me. I really didn't feel like doing anything for myself today except stay in bed and cry. I suffer from severe depression brought on by chronic back pain. I have experienced vertebral fractures (lower) in the past. Repaired with surgery, of course. However, it's only an improvement as I have osteoarthritis, specifically in my spine (darn genetics) 😢 and my pain will never be gone completely. It's a daily struggle, and today was awful. I hope you understand how much you actually impact and help ppl like me! Love you and how you support this community. Please don't stop, I need you, girl!

@@julianadolski1742 thank you so much! I missed a few only like 20ish of 2023 STF, I put them in my "missed videos" & have been doing them on Thursday & Sundays. Last year my youngest graduated highschool & I got a puppy, super busy! This year I am spending time helping as a caregiver & don't always have dumbbells. I am keeping up so far!
Took me closer to an hour to finish this one because I needed some extra breaks. I'm glad that I stuck it through and finished. I wish the cool downs were a little longer and had more stretches. I end up improving or having to find another video for a longer cool down.
The only thing that got me through this is knowing that stronger legs means I won't have these lower-body injuries as much. My doctor told me this is what I need to work on and I'm grateful. Thank you. Now I'm going to go lay down on my yoga mat!
This was my BEST leg day in a long time! They’re hard for me due to back issues and i recently was letting myself off way too easy. Today i sweated my butt off and genuinely thought I couldn’t make it to the cooldown but i did and am soo proud and happy with myself

I don’t know how but I did it!! I’m emotional after this one because when I started working out with Sydney in January I know I would have quit this workout halfway through. This was by far the most difficult Sydney workout I’ve ever done but I did it and I’m so proud of myself 🥳 I’ve lost 20 pounds since starting with Sydney at the beginning of this year with her motivation and following her lifestyle tips! I’m so proud that I am following through and finally taking care of myself 🥺

Sidney, today was the first time I thought of listening to my body (thighs and legs) and quitting the session. You kept saying "don't quit," and I didn't want to, but my lower half wanted so badly to throw in the towel. I believe you want everyone to succeed which is one of the reasons I kept going. I managed to make it through this workout shaky legs and all.😅
AMAZING legs workout!! Not only pure strenght but pure endurance. The breathing is challenging with thoses 15 to 20 seconds rest between sets. Great great leg workout!
After my torn miniscus has mostly on my right, I feel so amazing doing this whole session. My goal is to try my damnedest to prevent injury. Nothing is 100% guaranteed, but the effort feels worthwhile, Thank you Sydney - your words and going with us is what sets you apart. Love love love
I really struggle with leg day. I feel strong but weak at the same time. I need to remember that if it’s a longer workout I can do what I have time for and finish the other part later. Thank you! Still working on my nutrition to really get some weight off but we are getting there.
This week was a hard week. I really struggled this week and my confidence was at an all time low. I started this workout when I was in the thick of it and I wasn’t able to finish. I didn’t want to let my mind beat me and I came back to finish it. It wasn’t how I wanted to do this workout but i still crushed it. Way to be resilient, great job everyone💙

I really, really struggled with this one. Usually I love lower body workouts, but I broke my foot a few months ago and lost a lot of strength in my legs. I did this mostly bodyweight and still really struggled. Near the middle I couldn’t finish the entire work periods. But I kept telling myself things Sydney has said, and her encouragement came at the perfect time. I wanted to stop or skip exercises, but I didn’t. I kept going. I did what I could physically handle. And I finished it!
Today I didn't have it in the tank and for the first time in 4 years of training with Sydney I was going to stop and leave during the split squats. But I stuck with it, feel amazing and proud now!!! Thanks Sydney!
This legit was one of the hardest Syd workouts. I got emotional too and it is so comforting to see how others overcame their struggles in this one! Thank you Sydney! I am traveling and playing some catch up but I will be getting back on track soon with a few 2-a-days
Hey I’ve been doing your program faithfully and love it however I have to stop for a hot min I’m in the hospital with pneumonia and lung infection so I’ll be back right on it when I get home. I’ve been doing your programs for the last two in half years and it kept me out of the hospital and healthy til now. Thanks so much for your hard work it means a lot to me

I did this one yesterday and OMG my legs are so sore today. Thankful that today was a rest day. I did some foam rolling and even that was torturous.
