    My first 30 minutes workout without any breaks needed. I started to do home workout on the beginning of the year and I usually took extra 10-30 minutes break to complete the whole set. Today, after a month of consistency I finally has the strength to complete the workout without adding more breaks. To all people who just started, I know it's hard in the beginning but with full consistency and passion you can reach your target. Hopefully, I will reach my goal this year.

      Pls is it belly fat as a result of giving birth to children or ordinary belly fat​ because my self, I'm 44 and my last child is 3. I also have this stubborn belly fat despite all my daily 30 to 45 mins workouts.

    today I wanted to make sport again after having stopped for a long time but I didn't take any pleasure and the exercises were too hard.     For me its not about the abs but just making my body move .definitely i will be coming back if i don't feel like doing intense workout or going to the gym !!i loved it .

    Easy to do exercise, but the effect is intense! My side wais is still aching after 2 days. Lost 3kg since i started working out but this is my 1st time to do her exercise. Thought my body is used to exercising already, but when i did this, oh it hurts.😂

    Couldn't remember the exact calories burnt when doing this for the first time. Probably 100 ++ to 200 ++ kcal. Just now I did it for second time, and I burnt 391 kcal !!! Awesome workout! Thanks, Eleni.

    Mình bất đầu quyết định giảm cân bần quá trình tập luyện. nhưng mình không biết phải bắt đầu từ đâu và bài tập nào thít hộp với mình.. vô tình mình lướt thấy được video của bạn này.. nên mình bắt đầu tập.. mình tập được hơn một tháng á mà nói thật cơ thể của mình hoàng toàn thay đổi luôn. trước lúc tập mình 57ký bây giờ mình còn 53ký .ta nói dán của mình gọn hẳng luôn.. mình cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều.vì bài tập của bạn đã và đang mang lại niềm vui cho bao phụ nữ .❤🥰

    Did your workout the first time today, Im sweating like hell but it was worth it. No extra break needed and also a great cardio workout.
