    It's Friday thank goodness - went into this workout with no more than 2 hours intermittent sleep uggh - the struggle is real but I didnt want to miss my workout - my inner demon said stay in bed today you dont need to do the workout now - wait until later or just skip today. But my determined self won out and knew I would feel much better getting up and doing it! Proud to say I finished to the end! way to go everyone who showed up and did this with me today! have a great weekend

    Oh my goodness, at 66 years old this is kicking my butt (literally), I won’t stop though I will keep going, looking forward to see muscles in my thighs! Did have a difficult time holding the weights in the crease of the legs for leg lifts had to use the band! Good job all of the Sydney followers! ❤

    I could have stayed in bed for an extra hour. But I didn’t I beat the voice in my head saying “put it off til later” knowing that I am working today and later will be to late … so proud of us all here in this community.     Getting out of my comfort zone got me out of a big depression and honestly changed my life. I lost 60 kg weight because of it and honestly I’m so proud of myself for it. I was at a weight where I could easily had surgery for weight loss but i didn’t do it and decided to take matters in my own hand 💪

    I do rest days on Wednesdays instead of Thursdays, so 2 lower body days in a row for me 😅 Good thing lower body is my fave!

    I love the last statement that you said... In order to yield results, you have to put in the time and effort!! If you want anything bad enough, you have to work hard to get it. It's not always easy. If it was then everyone would look and be AMAZING. Like Sydney said don't be afraid of pushing yourself.

    best program in 6 months. Please keep up this momentum, this variety and most importantly the lighter set. The set itself is so much more inviting, so much easier to follow along than the black ones you were using! I had just about given up on this site. So excited to be back in it full speed ahead again.     The word of the day for me was struggle. I struggled to hold the weight on the dB curls, the hip abductions, and during the leg raises. It was ugly, but I got threw it. Especially when Sydney said if you can't hold a weight you can use a resistance ban. My lazy self was like "let's go", but I knew if I took the easy way out I would keep doing so. Rant over. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    Sydney everyone needs to be very careful with weights and anything else! I have a very big Maine Coon Cat! I had very light weight on top of my Sectional pillows! My 😢Cat jump on the sectional. I am on the floor doing your workout. With two heavyweights in my hands! Thank God I was looking up saw the weight coming at little me. I blocked the weight coming out at me from my cat jumping on the Sectional . With my arms and heavyweight in my hands. Thank God I know how to block anything coming at little me! But a little bit of the weight still hit the side of my head. Blood was everywhere! But it was a very small cut! The doctors said by me blocking the weight and having the heavyweights in my hands save my life. Plus I was a nurse that knew how to stop the bleeding by putting pressure on the wound! I am so glad I even save my Maine Coon Cat from being hurt too! I have learned leave all of my weights on the floor. When u have animals workout with u! Love your workouts! You always do amazing job!

I can push myself no problem in workouts. It's life that I just try to avoid feeling uncomfortable or make excuses

    Well, I ended this workout in tears because a simple sit up isn't even possible for me. I still tried but it is like my abs are just destroyed from kids. I just wish I could get to the point where I love my body. Thank you Sydney for being so amazing. I just want to give you a big hug, I feel like you truly care about us all.

      Please just keep trying! I could not do a sit-up without pressure on my feet (supported under a table/chair/dumbbell) when I first started with Sydney, I just kept trying and doing the best supported sit-up I could until one day I tried it unassisted and I did it! You can too! Believe it ❤️
