But my determined self won out and knew I would feel much better getting up and doing it! Oh my goodness, at 66 years old this is kicking my butt (literally), I won’t stop though I will keep going, looking forward to see muscles in my thighs! Did have a difficult time holding the weights in the crease of the legs for leg lifts had to use the band! Good job all of the Sydney followers! ❤

Getting out of my comfort zone got me out of a big depression and honestly changed my life. I lost 60 kg weight because of it and honestly I’m so proud of myself for it. I was at a weight where I could easily had surgery for weight loss but i didn’t do it and decided to take matters in my own hand 💪

The word of the day for me was struggle. I struggled to hold the weight on the dB curls, the hip abductions, and during the leg raises. It was ugly, but I got threw it. Especially when Sydney said if you can't hold a weight you can use a resistance ban. My lazy self was like "let's go", but I knew if I took the easy way out I would keep doing so. Rant over. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Sydney everyone needs to be very careful with weights and anything else! I have a very big Maine Coon Cat! I had very light weight on top of my Sectional pillows! My 😢Cat jump on the sectional. I am on the floor doing your workout. With two heavyweights in my hands! Thank God I was looking up saw the weight coming at little me. I blocked the weight coming out at me from my cat jumping on the Sectional . With my arms and heavyweight in my hands. Thank God I know how to block anything coming at little me! But a little bit of the weight still hit the side of my head. Blood was everywhere! But it was a very small cut! The doctors said by me blocking the weight and having the heavyweights in my hands save my life. Plus I was a nurse that knew how to stop the bleeding by putting pressure on the wound! I am so glad I even save my Maine Coon Cat from being hurt too! I have learned leave all of my weights on the floor. When u have animals workout with u! Love your workouts! You always do amazing job!

Well, I ended this workout in tears because a simple sit up isn't even possible for me. I still tried but it is like my abs are just destroyed from kids. I just wish I could get to the point where I love my body. Thank you Sydney for being so amazing. I just want to give you a big hug, I feel like you truly care about us all.
Please just keep trying! I could not do a sit-up without pressure on my feet (supported under a table/chair/dumbbell) when I first started with Sydney, I just kept trying and doing the best supported sit-up I could until one day I tried it unassisted and I did it! You can too! Believe it ❤️
