Way to go for getting another workout in! My body was tired this morning and took a little longer to get moving. The motivation was there and even found myself struggling a little during the workout. I didn't stop. I kept going. So even on a day like this we keep pushing ourselves to get stronger. 💪

Every time I feel failure coming, I breathe deep and say come on. when failure comes, I rest for a second, breathe deep and say, come one, let's go! BREATHE through it. Let each breath take you to it. Failure is inevitable if you're pushing through your limits. Take it like a champ! Keep it up everyone!! We are getting as strong as the weight we are pushing! Push on through!

We got this! Don’t quit! What I’m working on: Fitness: keep showing up and pushing myself. For the first time today I did my max weight all three rounds on chest press. Y”all I’ve been working on this goal since doing SC’s workouts for 3 years. Outside of fitness: my goal is to make myself have that work/life balance. I struggle with putting in too many hours of overtime. I’m looking at myself and seeing what I can do within my processes to avoid this.

Thank you Sydney ❤ Just starting back on my fitness journey again after working out with you around 5 years ago and getting in my best shape of my life, and then falling out of it. Trying now to work and stick to the fitness and healthy eating in order to get back there and be my best self for myself but also my little girl who needs a happy healthy mama. Your cooldown talk was just what I needed, almost 2 weeks into sticking to my fitness and diet plan and today was definitely one of those “I’m never going to get there, why bother” days. It won’t always feel amazing and it’s not always going to be fun on the journey, but when we get there and achieve the goal it will have all been worth it ❤❤

I have not been diligent with my working out for the last two weeks. I’ve let kids and life get in the way and this workout was TOUGH for me. Tougher than workouts usually are. It was both discouraging and motivating to get my body strong like it used to be. I have some serious life pain hitting me hard at the moment so all the more I need this for mental health and heartaches. Rather than being fully discouraged I’m allowing this muscle fatigue and pain remind me why I need to keep going, so that all the muscle I’ve gained in the past isn’t lost. I just need to keep going!
