    Hearing Sydney say she got little rest during the night motivated me. I, too, did not get enough sleep. It helped to know I was not alone. Feel so much better for pushing it thru

    Struggling mentally and physically today and had 0 motivation. Instead of skipping the workout i dialed it back and just kept moving! I may not have worked as hard as I possibly could have but i still showed up to move my body

    Not feeling motivated. It’s chilly and I want to stay in bed. Lol. But nope! Gotta do it. Now I’m caught up on the workouts. Let’s get this! Summertime fine is here! OMG! This was a doosey! Not easy. I'm tired and man oh man am I sweating! Crushed it & Thank you Sydney for showing up when you don't feel like it either. We got this!

    I felt so defeated after yesterday’s cardio and abs. Today is a new day and I KILLED it!! I always love a glute-focused workout and this one was amazing 🔥

      Yesterday I actually left the workout. I understand. Every day is different and as long as we stay committed we can show up another day with a different version of our best and push harder. ❤

      I struggled with the cardio workout too - I was so tired and got up at 6am to do it. Not gonna lie, I’m a tad hormonal and had a bit of a cry part way through…. Not my best effort but I finished it!
      The workout today was epic!!!! I’m a day behind so did this one on my rest day so I can catch up!

    Wow. I really did not want to workout today. I was moving the entire day. Then I couldn't find my booty band for 30 mins. My husband kept saying, do a different video. But No, I was determined, I found it eventually and it actually flew by.

    I was not fully motivated but I wasn't completely defeated either. I'm glad i pushed through how I was feeling and completed today. Sydney is right, I always feel better after working out with her.

    Wheeeeew, I woke up this morning unmotivated! I got through my day and took a nap. I was a beast with this workout once I laid down for a bit and woke up with a different mind set! Thanks Sydney for keeping me going every single day! It was definitely worth it!🔥🔥🔥💪🏾👊🏾👍🏾💗🏋🏾‍♀

    No excuses! 100 percent better after a Sydney workout. Woohoo that was super spicy. Legs and glutes on fire. Loved this workout. I rarely sleep well but every day that I move and workout I feel so much better. I’m seeing muscles and feeling amazing with STF. Thanks Sydney ❤❤

    I can't tell you how stoked I am to have found this workout. I'm rehabbing a total knee replacement and the weakness in my left QL, SI and psoas is causing all sorts of problems. I need to strengthen all that and dial in my external hip rotation so this is perfect. It'll make my cry but i think it's going to help 💪😁

    Feeling so much stronger! The cue to hold do the ab hold with head lifted during the glute bridges was the ticket. Helped the mind/muscle connection increase 100%, especially on the isolated side. SO ready for rest day. haha!

    Sydney God bless you for all the hard work you put in to get us motivated mind/body/and soul. I’ve tried other peeps but keep coming back to you because you truly provide a full workout (warmup/exercise/cool down) with encouraging words to keep going. Due to my work schedule and life responsibilities I’m on Day 8 of Summertime 2023. I’m pumped and feeling alive 💃💃💃 so THANKS!!!!

    Love the reality of life with Sydney. Some days are harder than others. But we show up. Today was one of those when I just wanted to roll over in bed. But I didn’t and I feel so much better for making that decision. Crushed it.

    I'm fighting off a very mild cold right now, but it is still enough for me to want to tap out of the workout. I had to take a break yesterday so missed this workout yesterday. Proud of myself for catching up with it today despite still not feeling great. Lots of extra water and rest for me this evening after this burner of a workout!

    Yes who wouldn't want to travel with this one. It was such a great workout for the glutes and of course I got a little movement for my quads. Thank you Sydney for an amazing workout like this. I love the variety and long periods to focus on my muscles. Feel amazing now.

    GM!!! I've been reading the general consensus of Day 17's workout. I think a lot of us felt defeated, including me!! When you see LOW impact, your mind says EASY! WRONG ! I think that's the first workout I sweated that much and kept wanting to STOP! Let's keep digging down deep because the feeling of completion is INDESCRIBABLE!! 💪💪💪

      I think I was the only one who left a "I HATED IT" review. Everyone else was all "drinking the Kool Aid, this is so fabulous". No, day 17 was NOT fabulous!! We did it though didn't we? I literally said what you said when I was done. I said "I feel weak and defeated". I'm neither. But, I'm also not a Rockette. hahaha Today was better!!!!

      @@KatsSpot nope you’re not alone. I was getting frustrated during the workout and I was telling myself “Hey, isn’t this what you want? Something to push you?” I know I can’t get stronger or overcome plateau if I keep doing what feels “good or easy” and never challenge myself. We gotta keep cheering one another on!!

    Okay, I had my doubts after that first set. Those weights were feeling extra heavy today. But we did it squad!! We finished. We are more powerful mentally and physically than we were 40 minutes ago!! Keep crushing it!!
