    Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you're ready!

    I love that Sydney is a really “person centered” trainer - it’s not about her, but about us. She even makes the comment she has to get used to the mirror so she “can mirror us” not us mirror her. She genuinely wants everyone who works with her to succeed. I’m so ready to get my fitness and health back on track with Sydney!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (43:47): "I deserve to be here. I am already strong and I'm only getting stronger." So excited to be here for my 12th consecutive month of daily workouts with the newly-married Sydney! (Anyone else check out her wedding band during the workout and smile?) This is an amazing mantra because it recognizes that we deserve to put ourselves first, we have a strength within us that has gotten us through the circumstances in our life, and we will get stronger by showing up consistently and pushing ourselves past our perceived limits!

    Thank you for your workouts so I’m a 41-year-old mama for and several years ago. I was in the best shape of my life and did a lot of your videos over the years. I just kind of got away from taking care of myself and today’s the first day that I want to get back into it.

    Non scale victory: when I first started with you in early 2020 I couldn’t do forward lunges without being really unstable, let alone using weights and now I can put so much strength and stability into my forward lunges with heavier weights than I ever thought I’d be able to. With no knee pain!Thank you!

    Today was hard for me. I wanted to just crawl into bed and escape. I was even googling “should I workout if I’m depressed” 🥲 of course Google said yes. 😅
    Finally got out of bed and did the workout. Had to pause for a 5 minute recovery break in the middle. Pushed play again and finished.
    At the end, I was surprised to have a genuine big smile on my face. It took a couple of seconds to register and then I started sobbing during the cool down. Still did the cool down. Had an extra 2 minute cry, and now I feel so much better.
    I deserve to be here. I’m strong and I’m only getting stronger.
    Thank you so much, Sydney! You brought sunshine in my life today! God bless you!

    I really missed Sydney, but I'm so glad she took that time off. She is literally glowing in this video. I could not be any happier for her than I am now. This workout tells me I'm in for quite the treat with the Strong program. Loved every minute of this workout. I can't wait to come back tomorrow and crush it again.     I am doing this 4 week STRONG program for the second time because I loved this program so much the first time I completed it. Just finished DAY 1. Awesome workout. Squat and lunge was my favourite move.

    This first day of the program marks my 1 year anniversary of working out every day following Sydney's programs! I started last year with Syndey's Dirty 30 September program and I have done every single workout posted since then! I technically started my workout journey last August when I played around with some weights and did a few other RUclips home workout videos, but this channel has literally saved my life in so many ways. I think my #1 biggest overall gain over the past year has been my physical and mental health stabilizing. My #1 biggest strength gain tho that I truely fought to improve has been my shoulder press. Last year I struggled with my 10lb dumbells and now I'm all the way up to my 25s (even once my 30s!!!!)

    I have tried so many workout videos here on RUclips and not one person makes me feel BETTER about myself than Sydney. It feels like she’s right infront of me, pushing me through, and reminding me that I DESERVE TO BE HERE AND THAT I DESERVE TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. She feels so genuine in every sense of the word.     Sydney, I am so stoked for this program! I just finished Summertime Fine which was the first time I tried a series of yours, and I really see and feel the results. Thanks you so so much. The strength part of the program was my favourite, so I was so excited to see you were starting a strength month! Crushed this first workout, can't wait to see what's next! Also LOVE those leggings.

    I couldn’t help but dance with Sydney at the end lol. I really pushed myself with this workout and I’m feeling so good. I bought the dumbbells Sydney recommended as soon as she mentioned them and I can’t wait till I get them. Looking forward to getting stronger 💪

    I just finished this workout and I almost cried twice! ❤️ Not because of intensity, but because I'm overcoming binge eating disorder and trying with everything in me to show up out of self love instead of self hate. I appreciate the way you speak through these workouts ❤️ Thank you ❤️ I'll be back tomorrow ❤️

    Sydney, you are my new discovery on RUclips for workouts. I have done four of them now and I see from your strong following of females that you are a master at female fitness. From one fitness trainer to another, you rock!
    The four of many that I will be doing with you have not only challanged me, but left me inspired on your teaching method. I lift pretty heavy with legs and the squat lunge combo destroyed my quads. Ladies, if you do not know by now, this is serious fitness not only for you, but for men too.     I've been working out for year's at home. I have never continuously watched one person until I found your workouts!!! I absolutely love how positive you are and how real you are. You struggle just like us at home. You have pushed me in area's I've never pushed myself before. Thank you a million times. Keep doing what you're doing. We love you.
