I love that Sydney is a really “person centered” trainer - it’s not about her, but about us. She even makes the comment she has to get used to the mirror so she “can mirror us” not us mirror her. Non scale victory: when I first started with you in early 2020 I couldn’t do forward lunges without being really unstable, let alone using weights and now I can put so much strength and stability into my forward lunges with heavier weights than I ever thought I’d be able to. With no knee pain!Thank you!
I'm 7.5 months PP and this was my first strength workout since early in my first trimester. Excited to work on getting my strength back so I can keep up with my very active baby! Thank you Sydney!

Today was hard for me. I wanted to just crawl into bed and escape. I was even googling “should I workout if I’m depressed” 🥲 of course Google said yes. 😅 Finally got out of bed and did the workout. Had to pause for a 5 minute recovery break in the middle. Pushed play again and finished. At the end, I was surprised to have a genuine big smile on my face. It took a couple of seconds to register and then I started sobbing during the cool down. Still did the cool down. Had an extra 2 minute cry, and now I feel so much better. I deserve to be here. I’m strong and I’m only getting stronger. Thank you so much, Sydney! You brought sunshine in my life today! God bless you!
So after having covid and really struggling with symptoms, this is the first work out I've done in over 2 weeks and I smashed it 🙌🏼 Well done to us all! Let's do this.

I am doing this 4 week STRONG program for the second time because I loved this program so much the first time I completed it. Just finished DAY 1. Awesome workout. Squat and lunge was my favourite move.
I srarted this program Oct 2024 after finishing your pregnancy workouts. I was overweight and very stiff but I’m doing better now. I’ve lost 14lbs and I made it through the entire program. This Strong program is kicking my behind, but I am doing it.

This first day of the program marks my 1 year anniversary of working out every day following Sydney's programs! I started last year with Syndey's Dirty 30 September program and I have done every single workout posted since then! I technically started my workout journey last August when I played around with some weights and did a few other RUclips home workout videos, but this channel has literally saved my life in so many ways. I think my #1 biggest overall gain over the past year has been my physical and mental health stabilizing. My #1 biggest strength gain tho that I truely fought to improve has been my shoulder press. Last year I struggled with my 10lb dumbells and now I'm all the way up to my 25s (even once my 30s!!!!)

Adjustable weights-perfect. All compound moves are equally matched in weight (at least for me!) I’m back for round 2 of this a year later and while it’s still a great workout, my legs aren’t jello (my comment last time). So fun to see improvement and growth.
