    Crushed it! This old lady was challenged to figure out how to be able to leave a comment, so my tech skills just got a little stronger this morning, too. The long work periods are tough and I may have cursed a lot during this workout. The plank leg lifts nearly killed me! Happy early birthday.

    Been crushing for 2 years this month. At age 58, it's a rush when the flight attendant comments on your arms! Liked the band work today as a break from the weights. Of course subscribed and I never thought the best fitness of my life would be at nearly age 60. Love the positive messaging around fitness and not using exercise as punishment for eating. So important to remember balance.

    Whew- toasted buns for breakfast this morning. Just wanted to thank you Sydney for your generosity and hard work ethic. I discovered you in Dec. 2020 and subscribed shortly after. Thanks to you, I am about to celebrate my happy, healthy, strongest 64th birthday in a few days. My favorite exercise was the knee twists with the bands. You are so creative- always finding different ways to light up those muscle fibers! Great to see so many strong grandmas here!! #crushedit

    Oh my lawwwd the side plank leg lifts I’m deceased💀
    It’s really something that she allows us to see her struggle as well. A lot of trainers never want to appear fatigued, so they won’t include the harder movements in the workout. I appreciate her so much❣️

    I suddenly realized, during this workout, that I can definitely go heavier with some exercises. I started in January with only 8 pound dumbbells. Today, I'm ordering a set of 25 pounders! The RDLs were my favs today. Working hard to make this tiny hiney (and the rest of me) stronger! Subscribed for life #crushedit

    I love working out with Sydney and haven't missed a day in the past year. She is motivating, funny, and genuinely cares about the fitness of everyone. I really liked both the glue bridges and the side plank top leg lifts. I do not have a lot of dumbbells and ended up piling my 10's, 8's, and 5's on top of my hips for the glute bridges along with using the glute resistance bands. Thank you for all you do for us!

    I've been a subscriber since the beginning of 2020. After leaving a full gym at college and not being able to afford a membership in my hometown, you helped me realize I could still build muscle and achieve my fitness goals with some dumbbells! Deadlifts will forever be my favorite. #crushedit all thanks to you :)

    I made a promise to myself that when I finished my doctorate degree I would start working out again and I did just that thanks to you! I have never been more excited to work out or more consistent with my workouts. You are a beautiful soul and so encouraging. Thank you for showing up everyday for us and encouraging us along the way. I love that since I’m subscribed I get the daily notification of a new workout posted. Keeps me going!     Sydney's Daily Wisdom (48:34): "You have to be strong to get stronger." Sometimes we think of strength as a destination way out "there" rather than somewhere we are now. Reminding ourselves that we are already strong, and Sydney is bringing out our even stronger selves, gives me the motivation to push hard through these challenging workouts!

    Wow that was a burner for sure!! I played lacrosse in college and I have never been told by a trainer the correct way to do deadlifts the way Sydney did today. She allowed me to visualize exactly what to do and not just go through the movements. I have been doing them wrong for years!!! I feel strong and excited to get stronger #crushedit and OF COURSE I am subscribed!! I even bought the monthly calendar so I can plan!

    I've never been so challenged by a glutes workout in my life - literally shaking legs right now, but I feel amazing! The side planks were intense, but I was proud when the minute was up and I'd been able to hold myself up the whole time! #crushedit

    I love longer work period for glutes, glute bridges/hip thrusts being my fav exercise, longer periods are great since I don't have that heavyweights. Would love to see these more. Can't wait to do this workout!! I've been subscribed for over a year. We've missed you syd🥰 #crushedit

    #crushedit I must say I really liked the deadlifts today! With this excercise, I can feel the difference in form and weight and I can really push myself. I started my fitness journey in January and I started doing your workouts. I subscribed 2/3 months later because I realized how good and motiational you are. You have really changed my life and I am so grateful for that.

    Phew! When I saw the insta story from yesterday I was dreading the 60 second periods. It ended up really being kind of nice. Less moves to learn and lots of time to focus on form. I definitely didn’t push myself on weight in order to have the endurance, but I still #crushedit ! My favorite move is always glute bridges. I’ve been subscribed to the channel for 2 years now!

    I love today's session. I love how you did straight sets for hip thrust (glute bridge with shoulders on bench) so that we could feel the muscle burn more. I rarely feel it if we have to switch from one exercise to another. Keep it up!

    Hey Sydney, I just want to thank you for my health. I am a dad of 4 and when Covid hit I started eating and gaining weight. I found your summertime fine videos in 2020 and started doing them everyday. My kids initially started doing them with me but have since branched off to do their own things. I have been a subscriber ever since and train myself to your videos M-F. I cannot say that I have a favorite part of this video, only that I enjoy doing them and that you kick my a** each time.     I don't know if you are reading this but I just wanted to thank you, Sydney. I subscribed to your channel 2 years ago and barely ever missed a workout. I've never felt so strong in my life before and that's thanks to you.
    I admit that I started working out for the wrong reasons. I was so focused on getting my body into a certain shape that I didn't take care of my health anymore. I was underweight, I didn't eat enough and didn't give my body the time to rest. But you taught me what really matters in life. You taught me that we should be proud of our bodies, that get us through the day and do so much for us. And you taught me that life is not about looking a certain way but just feeling happy and comfortable in your body.
    My favourite exercise was the superman at the end, because even if I thought I couldn't take it anymore, you kept me going #crushedit

    This is by far my favorite program of all time! I have been working out with you for 3 years, and always come back to this month! I am a SAHM to two little ones and work out in my living room. Strength is my main focus, so I love the split with glutes, legs, push, and pull days, plus a little cardio/ab work sprinkled in. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this channel! ❤

    Short story- I work at trader Joe's in Spokane Washington, and one of my co-workers introduced me to Sydney about a year and a half ago after I had my baby. Since then we have been spreading the word about this amazing free trainer who has changed our lives. Now we joke that we will have a trader Joe's staff, Sydney Cummings workout after hours in our store.     First, happy belated birthday!! I watch a lot of videos on youtube, but don't often subscribe. Your channel is one of the few that I am subscribed to and love what you do with your channel. I'm also really happy that you've started putting the description of the workouts in the comments, that's been super helpful so I know what to expect and can start thinking about weights/equipment needed prior to starting. I love that this workout is an all glutes and no legs. I wish there were more of those and glutes/abs combos only without any leg component. I like RDLs the best. #crushedit
