Yesterday at work I was feeling crappy then I heard coach Sydney in my head saying “if you were able to get through this tough workout you can get through any challenges that you might face today”. That fueled ⛽️ me to finish the day strong 💪 just like I finished the workout. 💞food for the soul❤️
Legs, arms, glutes... I've never had so much sore and felt so strong at the same time😅 feels good 💪 after the workout I am posing in front of the mirror looking for my muscles which are behind my Winnie the pooh stomach 😅

Feeling fabulous! Feeling strong! This was my favorite glute workout so far this month. I closed my eyes for a lot of the circuits and focused on that mind muscle connection and squeeze. Woah! Game changer! That last banded superman glute aductions to hamstring lift was my absolute favorite move of the day. Along with the dumbbell fire hydrants. We really are stronger than we think! Go hard! P.s. We aren't going to feel every workout every single day! Nor are we going to like every single workout every day! Instead of complaining about it or being negative let's embrace that we can do hard things. Because doing those hard things is where we discover our true strength. Sydney works so hard to program these fabulous workouts each day! Remember that! She has feelings too. Much love to all ❤
Workout number 2 for September 2023 done. I did this workout two years ago and again today September 5 2023 and I know for sure I am stronger today. I enjoyed doing the fire hydrant with a dumbbell and not the glute band. Hope everyone crushed this workout .
Two compliments in two days from two different people. "Wow your thighs don't touch anymore!" and "You have space between your legs now." I don't see the changes but I do know I feel better, my clothes fit better and I feel strong. Thank you Sydney...I'll just keep moving. :)

A 45min workout that took me 50min... Recently adopted another pup and he had to go out a couple of times for potty. SO that meant that every time I came back in, I pushed EVEN harder since my rest was so much more. Haha, this was good though, loved it. Though the end... I may have been screaming.

Oh the glutes!!! Being on my feet all day will hopefully help them recover after this workout. I surprised myself with using 20 lb weights for the fire hydrants. I probably could have used heavier but it was the first time using weights. Form over reps!! ❤❤💪💪
