    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our leg power and muscular strength as a main goal! We will rock 12 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium range and let's crush it!

    I think with every move we did, I thought, "Nope!" But I crushed every one! That towel burner at the end was brutal but I loved it! 😂 Let's crush this last week of Accelerate together!

    My whole weekend was absolute chaos and I didn’t workout for multiple days. I was so ready to workout and change my week around and this workout was PERFECT. It was so mentally challenging that I was CRYING on the last move. It burned so bad but I wanted to finish it for myself. I was crying and saying, “you’re strong” over and over. I’m so proud of me and everyone who finished this workout 🤍

    Today I turn 16, one year ago I weight 170 with zero motivation. Today, I am at 140 with so much confidence mentally and physically because of Sydney’s workouts. I had gained the body of my dreams and continue to grow physically and mentally. Thank you!!!

      I really wanted to stay in bed, but knew I would be kicking myself that I didn't just get up & do the workout. I have been getting up at 4:30 am or earlier to get her workout in before work. I feel so much better after spending time with her😀. She always has amazing workouts!

      @@pesianu I stress & worry until I can workout. Working out calms me down & if I can get my workout in, then my day will be good. I do triathlons, so I enjoy all workouts. They calm me.

      With the power jumps, it was a completely different hard workout from last week's. Both were great. I love how Sydney changes the workouts up!

    That workout was so far out of my comfort zone that it felt like I was in a foreign country...AND since that’s the first opportunity I’ve had to travel in a year...I LOVED it 💕 I have a feeling we’re gonna be doin’ lots of traveling this week. Grab your POWER passport 💪🏼🌏

    When she said 60 seconds for that last round my quads screamed "NO!", but we made it through anyway. What a finisher 🔥 killer workout but enjoyable 😁

    The thing about doing Sydneys workouts is that it's never about the looks. I've been struggling with my relationship with food for the past few years until i came across this channel and daaamn things have changed. I don't see food as an enemy anymore i see it as fuel and instead of getting smaller and leaner i focus on getting stronger and fitter. I'm really glad that i found these videos because not only do they make me physically stronger but they also make me so much more confident and happy. I recognize myself feeling actual peace with my mind and my body which hasn't happend in years. Thank you so much Sydney i really appreciate the work you put into these workouts ♥

    Honestly leg day is my least favorite day because my legs need the most work but this one was my favorite so far of all the leg days. Super challenging and telling of the strength gained since I started working with Sydney at the beginning of the year. Almost checked off my second program with y’all and I’m ready to give 100% of what I have to crush the Accelerate program and move on to the next month!! 💪🏾✨👏🏾💛

    I can't remember the toughest move per say but once it was down to the last 8 min I was a sweaty shakey mess. Best feeling ever, I'm going to be real sore tomorrow 💧💧

    Back in October 2023. That was one of the hardest quad workouts I might have ever done. Legs are shaking. Wow! So glad I did this today!!

    The motivation was not here today. I almost gave myself an off day, but I saw it was legs and I thought to myself “I like leg day and I show up to many workouts I don’t like, so I can do this!” I’m so glad I did it : )

    I checked out todays workout early this morning and thought to myself, no…I just want to do a quick 30 minute workout. Got up to let my pups out, convinced myself not to cheat myself out of this, it’s only 10 more minutes. I’m glad I did it, I proved to myself just how strong these legs are…back squats with a jump…crushed with 20lbs, back lunges with a hop…crushed, sumo squats with a jump, crushed, towel drop squat jump….legs getting heavy but crushed! Thank you self for talking me into this!

    Sydney I would love it if you would geek out a bit and let us know what is happening when we do some of the moves. Such as this workout had a lot of explosive moves, what is that doing for our muscles? Which moves are building, which are strengthening, lol Love you know matter what you do.... xoxo

    I crushed it. The first time I did these exercises l modified them and made a couple of breaks ti breath but today I did them without modifications and breaks. I become stronger!!!💪😜🔥

    Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed our Monday Leg Day Workout. The toughest move was the finisher but I did it. I’m proud of all of us for making it to the final week.     The jumping sideways with squats was the hardest! Had to pause the video an extra 15 seconds between round 2 and 3 to catch my breath! Thanks Syd!

    Those jumps and lunges are a killer on my low back. I still work through it the best I can. Modification or light weights. Do your best and keep moving!!

    It was a love hate workout. I hate that I loved it! I pushed myself harder then I have and so proud that I finished it! The ending was amazing! But the hardest was the starting on your knees on the ground up to a squat. I can’t believe that I did that! I love your workouts!

    Crushed it! I am never one to love leg day- I am an upper body, but that was by far my favorite leg day ever! I loved the variety of moves and WOW it was intense! Loved it

    Crushed this yesterday but didn’t get a chance to comment so I wanted to come back today and say it was amazing, and I LOVED the towel Move at the end! I was on 🔥 but I loved it!!! I always find all the towel landing things you throw in so incredibly fun! They are some of my favorite things! Those split squats get me every time! Thanks for another great workout!

    A very tough workout, with a killer finisher...but I loved every single exercise and crushed it as much as I could! And I can see the improvement from the very first Sydney workout I did few months ago.
    Feeling sore now, but powerful. A wonderful way to start the day!

    WOW what a great workout! It was almost like cardio legs! My heart was goin the whole time. Hardest move was the side by side squat jump. It took a little extra finesse to land softly and go in a horizontal direction as opposed to forward and back (or in place)like we have been. But I appreciate the challenge! Thank you Sydney!
