    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our legs and abs with muscular endurance and balance as a main goal ! We will rock 12 exercises for 2 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 50 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium range to heavy

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:59): "Embrace the struggle of consistency." There will always be temptations, distractions, and circumstances outside of our control that will pull us off track. It's up to us to not only sit in the challenge, but embrace it as well.

      The hardest part is the best part......the struggle of consistency...... being consistent with Sydney no matter what has made a huge difference in my life ...... coffee and Sydney in the morning before I sit at the computer for hours of zoom start my day off great each and every day!

    Day 2 Accelerate was amazing! Short little burner. My mind was telling me to stop because the burn was so intense but not this girl. I dug deep and pushed thru because I want growth. I want to become a stronger version of myself. Push yourself today thru the whole 30 minutes.

    I had to try this workout using weights after my surgery. I used lighter weights than I would normally use, but I did it!! ❤❤💪💪

    “Oh the leg portion of this isn’t too bad - I’m sure the abs won’t be so bad. Wait. My entire core is on fire and I’m shouting obscenities at the ceiling!”
    That second half was absolutely killer but I did all the weighted moves even when I felt tired. So proud and so happy I crushed today!

    Day 65 with Sydney. I have been waiting and waiting and TODAY I looked in the mirror and saw how much my body has changed. I’m finally loving what I’m seeing but even more, I feel like I’ve got myself back. I’ve picked up my crown and I’m wearing it like a QUEEN!!

    Finished this workout, then stretch, then outside to shovel the almost 30" of snow that has fallen over the past 2 days 🥶 so I'm glad this was a leg workout bc my arms and back are already getting plenty!!

    Don’t know if you will ever see this Sydney because I’m a month behind. But I’m feeling under the weather and didn’t want to do this. I heard Sydney telling me the hardest part is showing up so I did...and I crushed it.

    I have watched countless fitness videos here on RUclips, they were all the same to me. I never even bothered to subscribe to a channel because nothing about the trainers or the workouts kept me coming back (not to say that they weren't great, but it just wasn't anything special). Until I came across your channel. I was originally looking for a resistance band workout, and I clicked on your video. WOW! The burn?! Amazing. But that's not what kept me coming back, it was your message at the end. What I was missing was that human connection (especially in these times). You create a sense of belonging and community through your videos, through the messages you share at the end, that stand out from anyone else I have come across. Thank you for that.     Yesterday I definitely had an off day physically, so today I was a bit nervous to attempt this (as endurance is hard for me) BUT I put on some Dancing Queen, danced around a bit, got myself hyped and CRUSHED this one. I tried heavier weights than I normally would, I sat into the discomfort without rest, just SO proud of myself. Thank you again Sydney. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

    I survived! I wanted to stop due to some pain and discomfort in my knee but I modified and dropped weight. Paused the workout at the end to do my 25 burpees and made sure to stick for the cool down. Day 2/28!
