      Crushed it but the squat holds were so hard, 😅 I think my fav was the inner thigh lifts. Love the green lights today!

      Day 3 of COVID and working from home, but I managed to get myself up and move through this workout. Taking it one day at a time, and I appreciate the push.

    I will admit, I did not want to do this workout. I was feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed with all that I have to do today. I choose to show up for myself! I choose to stay consistent! I am happy that I crushed it! Woot woot!! Thank you Sydney! 🏋️‍♀️💪

    Ok....quads!!!! Man those wall sits at the end just destroyed me 😅 My favourite exercise was the heavy sumo lifts, i used my 20kg(44 pounds)!
    Definitely feeling this one tomorrow! Thanks Sydney 💖

    Sydney- you are so wonderful. I love that you take the time to coordinate. I love the look of the whole stage today! Great effort!
    Favorite exercise- not sure, I did the basic inner leg lift and I could really feel it on rounds 2 and 3, the Wall sit had me happy I was holding it and thanking God when I released it! The heal lifted swats made me work and also work on balance! Whole thing was packed with goodness.....

    Crushed it! I leave tomorrow for vacation, unable to bring dumbbells, so I’ll be bringing my resistance bands and doing the low impact and body weight exercises

    Woah- perfect Hulk green colors for this workout! Wanted to give up during last set but Sydney’s motivational talk kept me going. A pure mental game at the end! Great work to everyone who showed up today!!

    That was a challenge but I loved it!!!I am surprising myself these days on how much I have been pushing myself to go heavier. I am seeing changes in my body. I am so happy. I will be 58 in two days and feel I am in the best shape of my life. I cannot thank Sydney enough for always giving us such Amazing workouts!!!! Love her! 🥰

    I'm glad to hear that I am not the only one that needs to make adjustments to my workouts. Some days I only have time for a 30 minute work out, other days I am killing it with strength and a stretch session but then there are those days when I am unable to do anything. But I know anytime I come back to Sydney's channel I will CRUSH IT! And I will not be shamed but motivated to keep going.

    Another crushed workout. My favorite move this time was the overhead reverse lunge because it felt good for some reason before I could not do that move so well . This week I did it great. So proud of myself
