That closing speech….it hit home! Last night my neighbor took me out of my character, I lost it on her. Now, she deserved to hear what I had to say, the timing of her coming over to verbally attack me just as I learned my dog had passed was bad. But I don’t like being who I was last night, the stress she brought was tough… I needed to hear all of this! I can get myself back, I can trudge through this tough time and I can get better!
Great travel workout! Love that I have this option when I’m away from my home gym. I was quiet enough to keep my early morning routine at my son’s second level apartment…where everyone was asleep….he appreciated waking up to a healthy breakfast . Appreciate you. 👑💪
My goodness...this workout became progressively harder at every stage!!!! Loved it. I see how much stronger I have become and feel mentally fit. Thanks Sydney...you are truly such a big inspiration.
I wasn’t feeling the best today🤒 and didn’t think I’d even push myself to workout. During the workout I kept saying in my head I don’t know if I can finish, but I just kept telling myself you’ll feel better if you push through. I did just that and made it and felt so accomplished! Full transparency I am in sort of an in-between phase with my body where I'm weaning off breastfeeding and keeping that a priority so I'm not dropping my calories to lose to much body fat yet but Ari and I are slowly transitioning out of this phase (led by him!). So while I'm sad that this phase is coming to a close for us as it means my baby is growing up, I am also excited to focus on feeling more confident physically this Fall and Winter! My gratitude for what my body has done for my son exceeds anything I could pick apart in my body during this last year! I appreciate your kind words and I am so proud of you for crushing your goals and maintaining the progress you've made! It's so wonderful how we are all always in pursuit of our best selves together 💙

Sidney's empowering speech at the end of this work out had me 😭😭 working towards the goal of becoming a nurse and I have been feeling like throwing in the towel lately.
