    Lunge hops and squat jumps was tougher for me, but I CRUSHED!!!...without jumps and hops🙂

    I think the most difficult move was the bear crawl/pike/jump. Wow! my thighs were screaming but I told them the pain was only temporary. I love how you squeeze a few difficult exercises in the mix. They can't all be easy. I did this workout 2x b/c it was fun & I had an extra 30 minutes to crush. So thank U!

    That bear crawl hop was the toughest for me! Having issues with uneven hip related pain. I hope I don't have to take a break. Thanks for helping me crush it with you all!

    Wait?!! That was 30 minutes??!! Legs and abs workout flew by!! Lunges are always hard for me, even more so with weights, BUT, I CRUSHED IT!! 👍🏻💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️❤️

    It has been a while since a leg workout video made my actually butt and not just hamstrings sore. I was dripping in sweat by the 10 minute mark. I am such a huge fan of yours! I really appreciate you making such wonderful videos!

    A tough and intense 30min workout! Love the lunge hop and the toughest for me was the bear crawl hop. Legs are on 🔥🔥🔥 and that's the way I like it! Thanks Sydney! 😁💕

    Jumping lunges were the toughest! They always are. This was def one of the most challenging routines I've done with you Sydney, Must do again and get better. Thank you for kicking my butt, I do appreciate it. 😘

    The hardest part of the workout was the last excersise! My legs and abs were burning and it felt great! The scale isnt showing my progress yet but my clothes and endurance definatly are. Thanks for the high energy workouts that i actually look forward to doing everyday. 💪💪

    The hardest move was putting the weight oh the front of my feet and crunching up and grabbing the weight. Loved it!!

    Hardest exercise was the side plank with the hip touch. I had to modify the modification to complete it! I really liked this workout and how packed with exercises it was, and I'm sure I will do it again! Thank you for such quality programming.

    I have been doing workouts with other trainers on RUclips until I saw yours ..to be honest your workouts are challenging but I have seen tremendous results..

    Great leg/ab day. Love the added mini band option. Lunge jumps were hardest for me I think.

    Just crushed it with you all #sydneysquad! 💪 Thank you so much Sydney! I found the side crunches with half extensions and the very last crunch hugs most difficult. My son is also wearing the same colors as you and he exclaimed when he noticed that. Decided to join me for a few exercises... See you all tomorrow!

    Crushed it!! The knee tap hop to a pike was by far the hardest for me. I did the MURPH workout yesterday so I'm really feeling the soreness today 😬😅

    Crushed it! Loved it! The toughest move was the bear crawl jumps yet got through them! 🏋🏻‍♀️ Thank you for the analogy of nutrition and rocking chair! This was an aha moment for me!     Wow! great 30 min workout and just the right amount of time needed to start my busy day. I sure did break a sweat and the moves required coordination; something I need to work on as coordination is not my strongest asset...lol. I love to make improvements and learn new moves to keep my body maintained. I feel the hardest moves were a few of the ab ones, especially the 90 degree bent leg dumbbell pass crunch;it fell off a few times..lol, but I focused and woo hoo! just did it. Thank you so much and can't wait for the next challenge. Have a great day!

    This was much harder than it looked, oh my that bear crawl/pike move was KILLER. It was hard to finish the rest of the workout after that move. But I stuck with it, had to modify a few but made it! Sydney's motivation keeps me going- thanks for pushing me!

    Another one in the muscle books! Lunges are tough for me and my runners knee. I used 15lbs and went at my pace. Deff challenged myself. Dripping with sweat!! ❤🇨🇦

    Loved the workout. The entire workout felt challenging. I love the modifications you add for both a harder exercise and if you're unable to do the exercise at all. The most challenging move was probably the jump squat with band. I enjoyed it though. I have major atrophy in my right quad and hamstring. I've been trying to do moves to build that back up. I liked the dumbell on the feet and crunch. Felt it in the quad too!!

    Loved this one ! I struggle with lunges because of my knees but I took the weight out of some of them especially the curtsey lunges ! New to your workouts but loveeeee them ! 3 weeks in about 3 workouts a week and seeing results already !

    Did this instead of the 50 min one released yesterday as not enough time! This was intense so I’m pleased 😀 I did! Didn’t get to drink much water as only 10 seconds rest between each 😯

    The most difficult move for me was the sit up to knee hugs. It would be helpful for any modifications to be shown before the exercise starts. I have to modify a lot due to autoimmune disease. Thanks so much for your videos! I workout to them daily!!

    Most challenging for me was tge situps where we were in an upright position touching opposite toe in the air! Love this routine of NO REPEATERS! Great workout whike on vacation 😎

    This was SO far and sweaty, def full body, challenging, and afavorite. The lunge jumps were my hardest, i pooped out last 15 secs, but took out the jump to finish strong!

    I love no repeat workouts. This was tough all around. The hardest moves for me are always forward lunges.Also, love, love. love using the mini band.

    Due to Knee issues, can never really do lunges but I work it. I think the lunge hops (without even jumps) was the hardest for me. Still crushed it even though on a fast today. Thanks Sydney!!!

    I want to get out of the rocking chair sydney. Loved this workout. My stomach hurts lol! Ok so I liked the bands and when we hugged our knees. The hardest one was when we had to come halfway up and twist.🔥🔥. I also find that my knees hurt on those lunge hops. But still it was a great short workout.

    Wow, this one was INTENSE! For me the hardest one was the lunge with the jump because my legs weren't responding at that point, but I've done some crunches instead. 💗
