      I agree ❤!!! Yes, Sydney deserves to be successful!!! I love that we have a community that works out together!! I know if it wasn't for Sydney and Dustin and the awesome workouts they put together, I would have stopped working out by now, so "thank you, thank you Sydney and Dustin"!!     I crushed it!!! I was that person, I wasn't feeling this past month format and I couldn't enjoy my workouts. I stepped away for a few days and realized that I love Sydney, I have been working out with her since 2020, and I just need to give it a try. I went back and did the exercises I skipped and that is how I am her now. Negative space was not working for me. Thank you Sydney for changing my life.

    After my son was paralyzed in a violent gun crime, we always use the words "I GET to do this". I was so happy to hear Sydney say it at the end. We DO get to do this workout. We DO have the capability of moving our bodies and getting stronger. For that, I am #grateful!!!! Also, I'm REALLY #grateful that Sydney said we could use a plate instead of Yoga Blocks. I always feel like I'm cheating by using a plate. My metatarsals can't take yoga blocks though. GREAT WORKOUT today. I'm feeling hella strong!!!!!!!!!!

    Glad I did the warm up glute band workout first. An easier warm up gets things flowing and fires the motivation, so when it gets taxing, I’m already there, and can push it instead of struggling with the mindset. That’s good and no goblet squats! Crushed 🎉.

    Mind of matter is definitely key . I am so happy and proud of myself never ever have I been able to step up holding 20 pounds in each hand and today I grabbed those 20’s and stepped up like I HAVE done it a million times.     It's been a rough week for my husband and I on a personal front and today was a make-up workout from yesterday and neither of us were sure we were up for it. But, we went for it and honestly - feel about 10000x better after crushing that workout together. The sweat was cathartic. Thank you Sydney, so much. We needed this today.

    Oh i am so happy !!! Stf2023 ist the best workout I‘ve been done! I love it so much , legs are not my favorite but it is very Important for for my knee, to her stronger! And this workout was perfekt !
    Sidney YOU are the best ? And every year YOU getting better ! 💪
    I stay here since 2019 , every Morning, on vacation and all days the year , every time i am a little Bit behind so i can plan my workouts better and somtimes i Need a little more cardio or abs and i do this with sidney , or i do workouts in the week two times …

    To be honest, today was super hard for me. I’m not the biggest fan of Leg Workouts, but my legs are also my biggest insecurity. So I’m working as hard as I can tho be better and stronger in my legs. Thank you so much Sidney❤

    Tbh, most of these ab exercises are beyond me. I have to repair diastasis recti. I'd love to see a video with the most basic ab exercises for those of us who need to work on our progressions so we have an alternative for abs.     I get an instant energy boost by 1000% whenever I unintentionally color coordinate with Sydney . I crushed it and I’m grateful to be able to show up each day with the Sydney squad. I enjoyed every single second of this leg and ab combo. Boy was I dripping in sweat early on. Tomorrow I am going to do a 12km run (jog and walk for me mostly). I haven’t done one in about 7-8 years. I’m going to go in with a mindset that I am going to do my 100% best and enjoy my time. Have a great weekend everyone ❤

    Feeling bloated and uncomfortable made for a tougher workout but I did every exercise and went up in weight each time. It didn't always look good and I had to take multiple breaks but I crushed it! On to the next one.

    Usually get my workouts in at the end of the day. Very happy I pushed through the fatigued got the work in with a positive attitude 🎉🎉
