I am 57 years old and didn't know if this program was for me. I finished all of the Ignite workouts with you and now on Day 6 of your ACCELERATE Program. I just keep getting stronger, leaner and my balance is back. Thank you Sydney for all that you do for all of us!!
@@jenifferfountain2837 Hello Jeniffer, if you are going to snack, make sure they are good snacks. I make alot of protein shakes and oatmeal with walnuts or peanut butter. It keeps me full in between meals so that i can stay on track.
I love it when your cardio exercises are so different and not the usual jumping jacks or high knees all the time. It's a good thing that they challenge your coordination and balance as well 😍 Ab sections were bit hard, but tried to do my best and swear a little to get through! 😅
Crushed it- on my 25th birthday! 💃 I feel like my core is not normally sore or I don't always feel a burn during ab exercises... that was definitely not the case today! I am feeling it after all the ab work we have been doing lately! Sometimes I feel like I'm not graceful enough to really lock in and feel every exercise, until we go to do it a few weeks later and I realize I AM getting stronger and stronger each week!

Woke up with a headache and so I didn't work out first thing in the morning as usual. Workout done. Had a few interruptions because my daughter wanted to wake up at 5:30am, but this momma still got it done. Really great Day 6 workout after this long week. Ready for the stretch tomorrow.

I have been doing these workouts for months and can finally see my body starting to take shape. Showing off my muscles to my husband. I'm also starting to feel good about myself again 😌 I cannot wait to do more. I really appreciate how you mix up the exercises that put a lot of pressure on the wrist with other exercises, so the wrists get a break. This was a fantastic workout.
I took my good friend Jennifer Ruggeri's advice and cranked my rock music and crushed that cardio & abs workout. I was totally in my zone and pushed hard. The increased endurance we've gained this week will help us push hard next week when we focus on strength. Sydney is like a mad scientist when it comes to her programming. She is setting us up to progress each week and keep discovering more and more things about ourselves. We are strong! We are dedicated! We can do hard things! I am forever grateful for her and all of you ❤

Who else has to be creative to fit a workout into your schedule sometimes? I had to stop halfway through yesterday's AMRAPs for a work emergency. I never had time to get back to it yesterday. So I finished that one (the AMRAPs) today, and then I did most of this one. I had to skip some rounds in this workout today to be able to fit it in. But it got done and I still feel great. Thank you for these workouts, Sydney!

Loved this! There’s nothing I love more than a good old fashioned high intensity cardio workout. Might sound crazy to some, but I know I worked my butt off for 40 min and left nothing on the table. Thank you for that!
Ha! I've been doing Sydney's workouts for months and I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been. And yet...this week was just full of sloppy imbalances - kung fu kicked my dumbbell, kneed myself in the head, tipped over, and on and on. Gloriously humbling theme this month BUT fun and definitely a new goal to work on improving my balance. Thanks as always Sydney!
Yep, definitely a test of endurance! My face is a TOMATO! I've been working out daily with Sydney since lockdown began last March and thought I was in pretty good shape, but the workouts this month have been harder than ever! As Sydney says, there's *always* room for improvement, regardless of the shape you're in!
My 12 year old twin boys have started joining my husband and I in your workouts. It's a family sweat sesh in the living room! So grateful for you and the inspiration you are to all of us!💪💪❤❤👍👍

Crushed week 1 - it is easy to focus on and stay comfortable in our strengths, it is more rewarding to gain more awareness of areas where we need to work on in order to come out the other side stronger. Thank you, Sydney, for pushing us and allowing the spotlight to shine on our weaknesses - this is where the opportunity for growth truly lies. It is up to each one of us to embrace and learn from these challenges.

This program has been hands down the most challenging one you've done (for me)! I am sore almost HEAD TO TOE from all the different workouts this week!! So good. Appreciating the longer work periods, even though my body screams no lol, it has definitely challenged my endurance. A huge thank you for all of the variety you bring not only daily but all throughout your workouts. It definitely helps with the mental aspect for me of fighting through the workout.

this is the first time I actually did your workouts for each day for part of the program, a part of me was hesitant to try so. But I am so proud of myself I never knew I could last a 45-minute workout or do exercises that I found so intimidating before :)
I'm loving all the ab work so far this month! Despite many months of Sydney workouts my abs have always felt the least strong so I'm hoping we keep this up!
