Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on cardio and getting your heart rate up with endurance and both sides of your body working hard on their own at times to continue to develop balance and stability. We will rock 20 exercises for 2 rounds of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used light dumbbells today: 5, 8, 10, and 15 lb dumbbells and my jump rope!

Woke up in an extremely negative mindset this morning, not wanting to do anything but complain. Somehow I found myself in front of the TV and hit play...so happy that I did... feeling much better now that I crushed it!! Thank you Sydney!!

I love it when your cardio exercises are so different and not the usual jumping jacks or high knees all the time. It's a good thing that they challenge your coordination and balance as well 😍 Ab sections were bit hard, but tried to do my best and swear a little to get through! 😅
I am 57 years old and didn't know if this program was for me. I finished all of the Ignite workouts with you and now on Day 6 of your ACCELERATE Program. I just keep getting stronger, leaner and my balance is back. Thank you Sydney for all that you do for all of us!!

@@jenifferfountain2837 Hello Jeniffer, if you are going to snack, make sure they are good snacks. I make alot of protein shakes and oatmeal with walnuts or peanut butter. It keeps me full in between meals so that i can stay on track.

Amazing way to end the first week of accelerate!! So much yes to all the leveling up and progress in strength and cardio, endurance is never something I would’ve imagined for myself, but here we are doing it 👏🏾👏🏾 I love it here!!
I took my good friend Jennifer Ruggeri's advice and cranked my rock music and crushed that cardio & abs workout. I was totally in my zone and pushed hard. The increased endurance we've gained this week will help us push hard next week when we focus on strength. Sydney is like a mad scientist when it comes to her programming. She is setting us up to progress each week and keep discovering more and more things about ourselves. We are strong! We are dedicated! We can do hard things! I am forever

Who else has to be creative to fit a workout into your schedule sometimes? I had to stop halfway through yesterday's AMRAPs for a work emergency. I never had time to get back to it yesterday. So I finished that one (the AMRAPs) today, and then I did most of this one. I had to skip some rounds in this workout today to be able to fit it in. But it got done and I still feel great. Thank you for these workouts, Sydney!
Workout done. Had a few interruptions because my daughter wanted to wake up at 5:30am, but this momma still got it done. Really great Day 6 workout after this long week. Ready for the stretch tomorrow.

Good evening, Sydney Squad! I crushed Week 1 of our Accelerate Program. My muscular endurance is stronger and ready for next week when we focus on strength. I’m proud of myself for conquering this week even though I was busy with work and life. I hope everyone has a good night and I’ll see you tomorrow for our foam roller stretch.
I really appreciate how you mix up the exercises that put a lot of pressure on the wrist with other exercises, so the wrists get a break. This was a fantastic workout.

Endurance has never been my strong area so this week has been great to challenge myself to not stop when I get tired or when things get hard. Thank you so much for pushing my through the pain and motivating me to not quite. I hope y’all crushed this as well! Week 1 done, wahoo!! 😁💪
Omg I’ve been doing this for less than a month. Never worked out before, have to do modifications on pretty much all of it and today, today , when I put my jeans on, my butt was smaller and rounder!!! This is the BEST DAY EVER!!! I’m gonna keep going, I’m so excited!!!

I'm loving all the ab work so far this month! Despite many months of Sydney workouts my abs have always felt the least strong so I'm hoping we keep this up!

Crushed it- on my 25th birthday! 💃 I feel like my core is not normally sore or I don't always feel a burn during ab exercises... that was definitely not the case today! I am feeling it after all the ab work we have been doing lately! Sometimes I feel like I'm not graceful enough to really lock in and feel every exercise, until we go to do it a few weeks later and I realize I AM getting stronger and stronger each week!
I’ve been working out with Sydney since June and somewhere along the line i stopped feeling sore except for the occasional tough workout... but this week has been TOUGH!!! I can’t remember the last time I felt sore ALL week but I love it! She sure did accelerate ❤️

This program has been hands down the most challenging one you've done (for me)! I am sore almost HEAD TO TOE from all the different workouts this week!! So good. Appreciating the longer work periods, even though my body screams no lol, it has definitely challenged my endurance. A huge thank you for all of the variety you bring not only daily but all throughout your workouts. It definitely helps with the mental aspect for me of fighting through the workout.
Have loved this week. Loved the endurance aspect but also heavy core focus. Dream combo!
I have been doing these workouts for months and can finally see my body starting to take shape. Showing off my muscles to my husband. I'm also starting to feel good about myself again 😌 I cannot wait to do more. This was a great cardio workout. I love how you change up so many exercises and we don't do the same thing week in and week out. Exercises I have never done before or heard of it keeps my body guessing what is next. Thank you Sydney for inspiring me everyday to get up and move. Crushed another workout!!!!!
Loved this! There’s nothing I love more than a good old fashioned high intensity cardio workout. Might sound crazy to some, but I know I worked my butt off for 40 min and left nothing on the table. Thank you for that!

This was really challenging no lie but i crushed it for sure! I pushed through and now im taking this same bad ass attitude to crush the discipline i need to study for nursing school. It used to be about physical appearance for me when it comes to exercise but thanks to sydney its all about getting stronger and giving it my all to be the best version of me and im forever grateful to God for her

The last thing I wanted to do this morning was a workout let alone cardio but I showed up and feel so proud I did. AND I enjoyed it !
Woke up with a headache and so I didn't work out first thing in the morning as usual. Took me a while after that to get myself in the mood to crush this workout and almost talked myself into sitting today out. So glad I didn't listen to that voice and instead I got myself off the couch and worked as hard as I could today with the energy that I had. Feeling great and super proud of myself and also super ready for rest day tomorrow! Looking forward to a great foam roller stretch!! Way to crush week 1 of Accelerate squad!!! 💦🥵🔥

Man I didn’t think I was going to make it through this workout, but I surprised myself how much stronger I am becoming with each workout . When I really just want to do the modification cuz I’m out of breath I keep pushing harder !! Crushed this 10/17

Yep, definitely a test of endurance! My face is a TOMATO! I've been working out daily with Sydney since lockdown began last March and thought I was in pretty good shape, but the workouts this month have been harder than ever! As Sydney says, there's *always* room for improvement, regardless of the shape you're in!
Crushed it. I really didn't think I was going to make it through this workout. I turned it on so I could at least say I tried. This week is my first week back after being really stagnant for months and gaining almost 30lbs. I'm so proud of myself! Really looking forward to next week, and the one after that, and the one after that! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

this is the first time I actually did your workouts for each day for part of the program, a part of me was hesitant to try so. But I am so proud of myself I never knew I could last a 45-minute workout or do exercises that I found so intimidating before :)

Sydney you inspire me SO MUCH!!! I love to work out with you and everyone else here. As a suggestion, could you consider leaving the modification window up throughout the exercise? Sometimes I tire during the exercise and look up to see how I could modify it and the window is gone.
I do agree, it is a bit brief. Shoot, I forget the next exercise in 10 seconds!!!!
