Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our glutes! We will rock 12 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today as well as my glute resistance bands so grab these and some weights that are in your medium range to heavy range.

I am a preschool teacher in Alexandria Va and it is freezing here! Since I could not take my students outside I put on one of your 30 min Cardio videos for my students to get some wiggles out. It was the cutest thing ever watching them follow you and whenever you said go grab some water my students went and grabbed their water bottle lol. One of my students even said "Hey this lady is pretty good!" I was cracking up! Thanks for all you and Dustin do Sydney! You guys are the best!

Short and spicy booty burner. I've always struggled with the balance on floating single RDLs and have been working consistently on them. NSV today I was able to move fluidly with my 20 lb dumbbells. My consistent effort to work on them finally paid off today. Happy Friday Squad! It was a week of huge victories for so many of you. And that just fills my heart with joy. I am so happy to be cheering you all on.

Fun story... today is my due date! I did this workout this morning. My water broke on the deadlifts 🙌💪 I’m at the hospital now just waiting on our little guy to arrive 🥰😍 #crushedit! (And for those who are curious... yes I finished the workout.. and added a 10 min tabata cardio with Sydney too 😂)

I am PROUD of myself. I was entirely TOO sleepy yesterday to do this but I got up before the sun and CRUSHED IT today! Love the msg abt embracing change. Today I will change my mindset. When you say “Yes you can!” in our workouts I’m always thinking of that phrase as workout related. Today I will apply it to my life, my responsibilities….my desired achievements :-)

Its gotta be her Ghost pre workout and good nutrition. Ha I used to use preworkouts...I would be dancing before the warm up, in between exercises and at end sometimes wanting to do a second workout 😂

Second workout for January here in Aus for me. I’ve successfully achieved my goal for this year, and gone above what I set out to do. Thank you Sydney for encouraging and inspiring me to keep going. I have been selecting the workouts to best suit where I am at the moment & this is my one of last one for this month 💖 can’t wait for February’s Accelerate program
Walking up the steps will be challenging after this workout, but I CRUSHED IT!

Today I came with nothing, but I showed up and pressed play. Thank you for the encouragement that I can reach my goals with consistent effort, even when sometimes it is way less than ideal.

WOOSHA i mean my glutes were burning with all the glute bridges but then I got up and REALLY felt that burn in the top part of my glute 🍑 Can't believe i will have completed this program this week!! Make sure to also take care of your body by not over exerting! If doing both workouts back to back felt good for you, then that's amazing!!! I'm so proud of you for pushing through. But also, skipping one day does not mean that you have to 'make up for it' another day. Listen to the cues your body is telling you and take the rest if you need it :)
Please don't take this in a negative way, I used to feel soooo guilty if I skipped a workout and as a result, I would eat less that day because I didn't feel like I was "allowed to" since I didn't work out. I'm not saying that you and I are the same, I'm just opening some discussion about guilt-free exercise and healthy habits!

I did this a few days ago and ended up doing twice in one day as I felt committed to get through the ignite programme...made me feel super strong and hope you did too today 🙌
@@sarahpalermo7376 thanks. No way would I take this negatively, it’s all true. But I did it to challenge myself, I fell into a weird space after covid/quarantine and found myself working out less and less. From 5-6 days at 1.5-2 hours a day to barely any at all.

I love using resistance bands for strengthening the glutes and feeling the burn that comes with slowing down the movement. Sydney's words about consistently showing up, without having to be perfect, is so true. Results come with consistent effort, one day at a time, just don't quit. So often, we are at the cusp of realizing the change and results of our hard work but we quit just before it manifests. We are worth the effort and we reap what we sow. Keep up the effort everyone, we can do it!
Legs started shaking at the squat lift to the side exercise. Those glute pulses are a killer. Thanks Sydney. I killed it. Butts a little bit more stronger.
Completed! Not my best session today and I could’ve worked harder, but I showed up to train and I’m proud of myself for that.
Always love gleut work .Bands really move you to a different level . Am 3 years since my hip replacement and today was able to do flexed knee with pulse on the roumanian dead lifts a real improvement.L leg still not as strong as my right but getting there. This came just in time for my glute bands, they got in yesterday so today was my first day using them! They are a lot tighter on my legs than I expected but I have bigger legs to begin with.. besides a couple of clumsy moments with the fit and trying to figure how my body works best with them, it went amazing! I’ve done a couple glute workouts before I had the bands and the difference is real!! I was shaking throughout the whole workout, excited to feel how sore my ass will be tomorrow! 💪🏾💪🏾

Loved this glutes workout. My thighs and butt were quivering at the floor section. And yes, the glute bands make a difference. I just recently got them and realized how much more challenged my butt muscles were.
