    I've faced eating disorder and mental health issues for many years, so staying consistent is necessary for me to keep a balanced and healthy life. Food, sleep and work out. Thank you Sydney for so many years of motivation!!

    How I support these workouts is meal prepping breakfast egg bites and 3 lunch portions every week. I love this program!!

    That was an amazing workout Sydney 💪🏼
    Pushed to Max today used 20kg on my bridges! First time ever 👏🏼
    RDL, squats 15kg ... Still can't use weights on back squat, just held weight to chest 💪🏼 Sydney you are one awesome trainer and I'm so so thankful for everything you do 👏🏼❤️

    I had to stop half way and take a ten minute breather, my legs were shaking so much I couldn't get up out of the squat. I came back and gave it my all for the second half and I feel amazing. Thank you, Sydney!

    Good morning 😃 Sydney, Dustin Squad and everyone!! Great Job!!! I ❤️ The challenge of pushing myself 🆙 specially on glute bridge, I was able to hold 2 dumbbells of 25 lbs!! ❤️Very happy 😃 Crushed!! I support my workout 🏋️‍♀️ paying attention every day to be consistent in my nutrition, hydration and sleep!! Beside that, I’m very happy because in my work I have a lot of moments.Thanks Sydney ❤️🥰

    Leg day is so intimidating each week, especially since I know we’ll be leveling it up, but we show up and empower ourselves through it anyway 👏🏼.     My goal is to get good sleep everyday. Today's workout really showed me how much stronger I am getting. These supersets are no joke. Flex week 3 has turned up a notch.
    These workouts are like clockwork for me. It has become a habit and I just follow along.❤

    Played mind games with myself before the workout, but I CRUSHED it! On leg day this and last week, I started taking a 2-3 minute stretch break after 2 supersets, and that was a game changer. Id tell myself you only have to make it through 2 supersets then you get a longer break. Before I started doing that, I wouldn’t go as hard, or I would cop out early. My glutes are on FIRE! Really focusing on my protein intake this month. Thank you Sydney!!!!

    Wow this was a tough one. All what Sydney said about talking yourself out of doing the workout was how I felt at the beginning. I so didn’t want to do this today. But I completed, pushed myself with heavier weights and it’s over. Legs shaking and sweaty as hell but it was worth it. Crushed it!

    This Flex program is awesome! I love the straight sets get to the point moves. I am lifting heavier and pushing harder than I thought I could. Can really see the more muscle definition. I am not a big fan of combo moves or cardio so this program is great for me! Sydney, your dedication is a blessing to us!
