    I really like how you frontload the heaviest weight sets at the beginning of the workout. That way, when we’re nearing the end. I can still perform all the exercises as the weights are lighter.. thanks, as always, for keeping us in check!

    Great Friday workout!!! Not a great night sleep so felt the need to go a little lighter until those shoulder presses and then I said….just do it…try a little heavier!!! Feeling accomplished!!!

    Happy Fire Friday Everyone!! I was struggling during all the bicep work and I did not give up! I kept telling myself I am strong and I get through this!!     Almost gave up with only 3 minutes left as my stomach was upset. After a 5 minute break, Husband pushed me to finish. Feeling very proud and strong 🎉

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb water bottles as weights but lasted only 23 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full video with dumbbells ranging from 20 lbs to 30 lbs!! I was curling with 1 lb, she was curling with 25 lbs! :( Her biceps bulge thickly like Sydney's and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated.

    I love your workouts! I stumbled on a video a month ago and was instantly hooked. The Flex series is the first I’ve done as they’ve come out.
