  • Welcome to your lower body challenge! This routine is designed to target your lower body, providing an epic burn in your quads with low impact and minimal equipment. Stay tuned to our Up Next window for seamless transitions and make the most of your rest periods.
    Each exercise will be performed for 3 rounds of 45 seconds, aiming for 8-12 reps per round. Push yourself to the limit and embrace the burn, aiming to reach failure by the third round. Select challenging resistance levels to maximize your results!
    This workout includes a customized Warm-Up and Cool-Down. It's perfect for a low-impact yet intense training session!

      This was a great workout ,it was a nice change from heavy weights. But do you have any advice how to work on the inner thighs? I love working on my quads and hamstrings but I would like to work on the inner thighs to tone up as well?

    54 yr old, in remission for uterine cancer and proud of my self for making this my 7th straight program with Sydney! These workouts have helped me stay ahead of everything in my life, make me feel more confident each day! I’m proud of myself for also getting up at 5:00 am ready to start my day with these exercises.

    I’m 71 my sister is 64 and we have been working out on FaceTime together with Sydney since covid. We motivate each other and love these workouts. ❤

      Agreed! When I tell my daughter we are doing a 30 min workout she is like "whew, not so bad today".. IDK why she has not figured out that sometimes, often, the 30 min are tougher than the longer ones!!

    Mom of 3 and a teacher here-proud of myself for getting my workout done before my day got started. I’ve been struggling to wake up at 4am to get it done and finding time in the afternoons. It wasn’t easy, but I’m proud that I got it done early today!

      I work out at 4 am too!! I either don't have time or energy to workout later in the day. I was so tired this morning, but I told myself I will feel better after. I felt so good after this workout &.I added a 10 minute kettlebell workout as a bonus. Way to go!!🎉

      It’s been quite the journey so this is going to be a long reply! I set my mind to work out daily with Sydney in August 2022 and joined the Sydney Squad in November 2022. I thought I would just “watch” what I’m eating and I would lose the desired weight I wanted to lose. I would lose and gain the same 5-10 pounds for the next 18 months. I have no problem getting the workouts in and typically hit or exceed the 5 new uploads per week. My challenge is nutrition. At the end of 2023, I wasn’t really happy that I’m not sticking to the nutrition so I finally decided I’m going to track my macros and see if tracking will help keep me accountable with nutrition. It sure has! I’m not too focused on weight, I’m more focused on reaching a body fat % so buying a scale that shows body fat and muscle mass has also helped me stay accountable. I have been tracking my body composition daily and average out the numbers per week and watching the progress has really kept me motivated. It’s been a combination of consistency, tracking, prioritizing and aligning my actions with my goals. It has definitely not been perfect, I have days where I go over my daily calorie goal or I’m traveling for work and have no control over my food choices but tracking has really helped me know how to make the best choices I can with what I have available.     Day 3 of Prime complete! I'm proud that I've been consistently working out with Sydney since January. And I'm proud that I no longer run away from workouts I deem difficult. I stay in them and do my best. Thanks for encouraging us to press forward.

    Mum of three teenagers now and I haven’t missed a workout the last four years. Even in my most demanding days I always try to find my me-time.

    Proud of my consistency which is paying off! It's easy to be consistent when things are going great. Aiming to continue these good habits no matter how difficult life gets while at the same time allowing myself some flexibility. One missed workout is not the end of the world. It's an opportunity to reset and move on.

    Proud 68 year old for working out my entire life!
    Polio caused me to wear an iron foot and physical therapy from a young age! Working out combined w/an excellent vegan diet have kept strong and active!!! I am a five year breast cancer survivor and I contribute my recovery to good nutrition, working out, a positive attitude, and a great family! Thank you Sydney for four years of great workouts!!! 💪🏋️‍♂️🙌🏼

    First time mom! Finally getting back into the workout game. I have been consistent since January. Feeling so great! I never would have been able to complete that last circuit in January. I'm feeling so strong!!

    Proud of myself for showing up for a leg workout on the third day in a row of gloomy rain. Really pushed out of my comfort zone on the heal lifted lunges, and surprised myself with how much I could trust my balance and core ☀

    Proud of myself for accepting its ok if I can't go as heavy as I would like due to a back injury from years ago. I'm still gaining muscle with Sydney's training! This was spicy! Embrace the burn. Amazing!

    👑💪not only am I proud of my effort to go up in weight and push myself in these workouts by not stopping and doing time and half pulses on calendar, I’m also proud of myself for learning how to understand my own feelings and emotions and what they are conveying to me, I’m proud of the relationship I’m building with myself.

    I am not in a good place mentally at the moment. I received from sad news that I’m still processing. Almost didn’t show up for this workout and while I couldn’t handle the weights for the first half of the workout, I pushed through and was super grateful for Sydney’s encouragement of just being here and being able to do what your body could do for you in this moment. I dropped the weights and pushed through the workout. I’m really proud of myself. I am strong! 💪
