- Welcome to your lower body challenge! This routine is designed to target your lower body, providing an epic burn in your quads with low impact and minimal equipment. Stay tuned to our Up Next window for seamless transitions and make the most of your rest periods.
Each exercise will be performed for 3 rounds of 45 seconds, aiming for 8-12 reps per round. Push yourself to the limit and embrace the burn, aiming to reach failure by the third round. Select challenging resistance levels to maximize your results!
This workout includes a customized Warm-Up and Cool-Down. It's perfect for a low-impact yet intense training session!

This was a great workout ,it was a nice change from heavy weights. But do you have any advice how to work on the inner thighs? I love working on my quads and hamstrings but I would like to work on the inner thighs to tone up as well?

Agreed! When I tell my daughter we are doing a 30 min workout she is like "whew, not so bad today".. IDK why she has not figured out that sometimes, often, the 30 min are tougher than the longer ones!!
Mom of 3 and a teacher here-proud of myself for getting my workout done before my day got started. I’ve been struggling to wake up at 4am to get it done and finding time in the afternoons. It wasn’t easy, but I’m proud that I got it done early today!

I work out at 4 am too!! I either don't have time or energy to workout later in the day. I was so tired this morning, but I told myself I will feel better after. I felt so good after this workout &.I added a 10 minute kettlebell workout as a bonus. Way to go!!🎉

I need to lose 10 pounds, how did you do it, if you don’t mind me asking.
It’s been quite the journey so this is going to be a long reply! I set my mind to work out daily with Sydney in August 2022 and joined the Sydney Squad in November 2022. I thought I would just “watch” what I’m eating and I would lose the desired weight I wanted to lose. I would lose and gain the same 5-10 pounds for the next 18 months. I have no problem getting the workouts in and typically hit or exceed the 5 new uploads per week. My challenge is nutrition. At the end of 2023, I wasn’t really happy that I’m not sticking to the nutrition so I finally decided I’m going to track my macros and see if tracking will help keep me accountable with nutrition. It sure has! I’m not too focused on weight, I’m more focused on reaching a body fat % so buying a scale that shows body fat and muscle mass has also helped me stay accountable. I have been tracking my body composition daily and average out the numbers per week and watching the progress has really kept me motivated. It’s been a combination of consistency, tracking, prioritizing and aligning my actions with my goals. It has definitely not been perfect, I have days where I go over my daily calorie goal or I’m traveling for work and have no control over my food choices but tracking has really helped me know how to make the best choices I can with what I have available. Day 3 of Prime complete! I'm proud that I've been consistently working out with Sydney since January. And I'm proud that I no longer run away from workouts I deem difficult. I stay in them and do my best. Thanks for encouraging us to press forward.

I am not in a good place mentally at the moment. I received from sad news that I’m still processing. Almost didn’t show up for this workout and while I couldn’t handle the weights for the first half of the workout, I pushed through and was super grateful for Sydney’s encouragement of just being here and being able to do what your body could do for you in this moment. I dropped the weights and pushed through the workout. I’m really proud of myself. I am strong! 💪
