I want to make the point that, in the image of 5 heads it almost looks as if the “second light” actually is just a part of the light in the left eye (the eye to the right from the perspective of the viewer). Depending on how you photoshop the image to see the light, it almost appears bright enough to be it’s own light but in darker versions of the image (go to 11:14) you can see that it actually likely is not.
yeah matpat stretches everything to the extreme in his theories for content. same with 15:56 i REALLY don't think those are "tufts of hair", they're probably just excess cables or stitches of the costume.

One of the things I think might happened is that the crying child was bitten of golden Freddy and basically killed by him, unlike Cassidy because she was killed by Afton and put inside of golden Freddy. That is a theory because of the “happiest day” like you said there was only 6 children. I feel like the crying child was trapped and Cassidy could actually go out of the animatronic. Just a theory but it might explain a _lot_ !

Cassidy would seem to make sense when it's mentioned in Ruin no one ever visited her parties. But Gregory was a character that was still near impossible to make sense of but if there is a second child in golden Freddy, wouldn't that be Gregory?
He's the unidentifiable character in Ruin, not only that he appears in the body cavity, like he was stuffed in it. Couldn't that explain the body stuffed in the golden Freddy suit, the one child that keeps getting over looked due to some incomplete secrets. Not only that Cassidy and Gregory have a connection to each other, meaning they could be part of the same animatronic. Gregory being the eyes and Cassidy being the body. As you play ruin who's the one that can escape the megaplex, because they can see. Who's the one that kept on falling into the darkness no matter how hard they tried to escape, meaning they are part of the body.
Even in the ending pictures where Gregory carries around rockstar Freddy's head, depicting that he probably needs the head in order to go anywhere. Meaning leaving the body behind, Cassidy.
This is about what I was expecting to happen after Matt’s retirement, he’d show up every once and a while.

Fun fact: the noise used for a flatline doesn't really occur when the patient dies, that's a myth caused by media needing a clear indicator for audiences to recognize since flatlines are silent, that noise *actually* happens when the leads are disconnected(which would support the theory assuming Scott knew this bit of information)
That's actually pretty interesting. Though exactly BECAUSE the flatline is associated with death so much, especially in media, I think it still is a bit of a stretch
So glad this comment was here, because a flatline doesn't always necessarily mean the patient died. The patient could have been disconnected from the machine... which supports Dual Process' theory.

If CC's bite is the frontal lobe incident (mangles police radio seems like its playing old recordings, not current broadcasts) then yes he would be brought home ASAP cause thats what you do, you take the patient home so they can remember their normal lives etc.. also kids with brain injuries usually have much better chances at recovery, soooooo him stuffing his little vegetable baby boy into a suit and making him twitch to death n drown in his own blood... yeah he killed him. And then gaslights Mike into believing its his fault.
Also he could just claim "oh my son has been kidnapped and is also missing now! It must be henry!! He knows where i live!!". Could have moved the body through his weird ahh tunnel bunker things, or in a suit to make the police only connect it back to Henry/unamed Employee.. or even just if kids are going missing in quick succession in a small town... yeah, they'll all be linked either way.. Charlie might be the only one who isnt linked to it just because her body was found so they might not count it as a similar incidient.

I totally believe the "Cassidy Afton" theory. It would explain why William was panicking while being chased by the fifth spirit. It was his own son coming back to haunt him. Any dad would have been terrified by that.
Also, the "hospital" argument. The IV bags might be there, but it's still in the Afton household, therefore, Afton could have experimented on the body of his son after he died.

I know this was made 3 weeks ago but rewatching it now if the theory that its Michael Afton who you’re playing as in FNAF 1,2,3 doesnt the “Its me” show that its the Crying Child whos Golden Freddy. I dont think that necessarily means the crying child is Cassidy but why would Cassidy someone who is fueled by hatred towards William Afton have any beef with his oldest son Mike. I dont think Cassidy would know who Mike even is. “ITS ME” could be the Crying Childs way of crying for help to his brother. Or since Golden Freddy actually kills you in the games it could be him trying to get payback for, well… killing him. I havent actually kept up woth any of the lore in awhile so it might not be MIchael Afton you play as in the first couple games. I remember Matt saying something about it.
“It’s Me” doesn’t mean anything. It was just a creepy phrase thrown around before CC and Michael (Afton, not Schmidt, which is who he originally was) were created.
We play as Michael in 1, 4 (nightmares), 5, and 6. He may or may not be in 2 and 3. We don’t actually know.

Ok so I have this wild theory that in the game into the pit, the father of Oswald is the freddy mask dude that helped in the prank on the crying child. Also I have some sort of evidence:1th when you go into the attic a freddy mask falls down 2th His father has bad memories with the place and never talks about it, anyway that's all I can think about+I didn't finish the game yet.

I really like the idea of William just being a crazy killer with no dramatic or reasonable motivation. It reminds me of the first years of fnaf when we didn't know anything and the idea of a madman was out there killing children just because he could do it was just terrifying.

There's this thing bugging me, the "hair" coming out of the suit in my opinion is placed a bit too oddly, so I tought, what if those "hair" are actually the springlock mechanisms who went off and that's why crying child was so afraid of Fredbear on the day of the prank?

I'm not at all surprised that he came back for this episode. He said specifically that it wasn't a complete retirement, and that he'd still be involved. In his Goodbye Internet video, during his teary analogy of him being "GrandPat", he said that even if he wouldn't see us often, he would still see us on occasion. His appearance here wasn't *totally* out of left field

What if the Crying Child and the Vengeful Spirit is actually the same person?
I mean if we look at the springlock failure minigame, the only spirit that's following Afton is the crying one. And the Crying Child could be mad at Afton for failing to "put him back together". When the bite of 83 happened, the child was crying and during the ending cutscene in FNAF 4, the crying child was crying which is why his spirit is also doing that. Because he got mad, he could become "vengeful". That way it was only 4 kids killed by Afton when he wore the Spring Bonnie suit. The fifth, Cassidy died while Afton tried to "put him back together" but failing due to Elizabeth's sudden death, making Cassidy to be the fifth kid die by Afton's hands for not trying longer to save him.
Tell me what y'all think cuz to me, it feels right. The "IT'S ME" would make sense why it's not plural and Cassidy got vengeful when his father failed after he promised to save him.
