- Join me for a 10 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises and also no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I did this one from the choices today for the April Calendar and it was first thing in the morning after tablets and insulin and large glass of water but before my double espresso … Wow it spikes the heart rate!
