  • Join me for a 10 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises and also no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.     6 weeks and 3 days in - Mikaela, you helped me regain my self respect! 54 years and meopausal: I was stuck at a weight that was IM POS SIB LE to get rid of. Now the crucial 2,5 kilos less, fat % down, muscle % ups and tge centimeters show! Not only my trousers, piled up to be given to charity fit me again, but I am energetic, tall and slim (not really, but relatively speaking) with pride, and your exercises make me want to keep going.     Soo much fun and perfect for when you’re dragging. Gets your heart rate up without having to commit to a long challenge. LOVED it.

      Yes agreed 👍 I used it as a warm up for my 40mins Pilates class with Posture Tonic. Enjoyed the music and the combo moves. This was part of Mikala’s 8 week winter programme I think which I loved ❤😊

    LOVE THIS!!! Exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy that there's no squats or lunges, because I usually do those separately and can't do them as part of my hiit workout. This was so fun, too!

    Thank you so much! I love your quick workouts as much as your longer ones. I just got up and moved for the 10 mins. And in that 10 min I burned 124 cals, revived up my metabolism and increased my mental alertness! Not to mention... It's always a pleasure to workout with you because you're always smiling.

    I did this one from the choices today for the April Calendar and it was first thing in the morning after tablets and insulin and large glass of water but before my double espresso … Wow it spikes the heart rate! Great little 10 minute workout which packs a punch for first workout of the morning! ❤❤❤ Loved it. Thanks Mikaka!
