    Loved this!! These stretch and sculpt routines are perfect for Luteal phase and menstrual phase. I definitely feel much better after doing this routine! Please make more of these ❤

    this was perfect to gauge my body after feeling too sore to do a full workout! i think these are so calming too id love a 40 min!!!!

    I really really love this for an active recovery day, very relaxed, very kind to the body so I don't mind doing the alternative versions that make the exercises easier because at the end of the day it's just about moving the body on active rest days for me. This paired with a nice long walk is absolute perfection❤

    Love all of your workouts so much! Perfect mix of exercises that feel amazing as I’m getting back into better shape in my 50s and having some back issues. Love your manner, cuing, instructions - everything! The low-impact playlist is my fave so far. Would love to see a whole playlist of this type of “stretch and sculpt” for alternating days. Such an ideal blend of so many things!

    Totally love your channel. Just found it! The music is peaceful, the workouts are challenging but doable (which is nice - too hard = discouraged), they're just the right size, and I love the pace. Every so many seconds and you mix it up. I'll be coming back for sure!

    Loved this one for day 1 of my cycle! I wasn’t feeling too sluggish but knew my body needed to slow down a bit. This was excellent for exactly that! 🎉

    Hi Mik, I found you recently and started your June challenge straight into week 2 but plan to do week 1 at the end! I’m really enjoying your workouts and just in one week have noticed a massive difference in my body and how I generally feel. Honestly feel tighter all over my body!     I love these sculpt and stretch moves. 20-30 minutes is perfect Would love more of these. Also can you do some using the yoga or Pilates ball. Thank you. These moves have helped my migraines. These are great to do right before work.
