I really really love this for an active recovery day, very relaxed, very kind to the body so I don't mind doing the alternative versions that make the exercises easier because at the end of the day it's just about moving the body on active rest days for me. This paired with a nice long walk is absolute perfection❤

Love your manner, cuing, instructions - everything! The low-impact playlist is my fave so far. Would love to see a whole playlist of this type of “stretch and sculpt” for alternating days.
