    Today is a glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 50 pound dumbbells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you're ready!

    I like that’s she’s started adding resistance bands to the warmups on glute days. It’s really been helping with glute activation.

    The glute bridges felt like they lasted for 100 hours, holy wow! I have never felt such a glute burn after a workout!!

    That glute circuit was a killer!!! I thought that was the ending and than Sydney said “fire hydrants”. That was great, loved “Sydney Says” circuit!!!!

    When I saw 30 minutes this morning I was like “Ok, this will be no problem”. Boy, was I wrong, lol! Great workout as always, but did anyone else miss the timer?

    I cried at the glute bridge circuit, it was sooo tough, and it was also during this circuit where I felt maximum muscle and mind connection. Really thankful to Sydney for pushing us thru, especially at the sentence where she said "I'm building your glutes, they don't get build up by seating or relaxing".... Spicy 30min, and struggled to walk to the kitchen to get my protein shake 🍑🔥🍑🔥😭

    Wobbly Rubbery Noodle Butt!! I swear- I have been doing Sydney’s workouts for about 14 months. Today, that last glute bridge set felt like it took as long as all 14 of them in one circuit🤣🤣🤣

    That was one of my favorite workouts whenever done! That glute set at the end was difficult, but I LOVED it! Thank you always Sydney and Dustin and the whole Royal Change team!

    pulled a muscle in my back over a week ago and haven't worked out this whole time. Had to modify some and max weight used was 12lbs but my glutes are still feelin it!! glad to finally get a workout in again

    I loooooved this! That glute bridge circuit was 🔥 I have workout with Sydney 8 months and I haven't had any physical goals (like showing abs, round 🍑 or big biceps) just to become stronger and stay healthy, but now I have noticed that my thigs and glutes feel much more firm! 😲 Not as wiggly as before 😅😅

      That's awesome ! My cellulite has reduced by like 80 percent..and I'm in my 40s..I thought my legs were a lost cause..I'm amazed at how much better they look...and it can only get better 💪

    Today was the toughest glutes workout I’ve ever done. I crushed it today and I’m glad that I did a foam roller stretch last night to prepare for today’s workout. I’m going to stretch again tonight to help in my recovery from today’s workout. My legs have become stronger during the program because I did 40 pound dumbbells for the last round of deadlifts. I have a goal of pushing myself to 45 and 50 pound dumbbells.

    Im about to do this workout, waking up @6am to take pre-workout, have to be at work by 9:30am, so thank you Sydney for this 30 min workout im about to do, because i have been doing the strong 40+ min workout, and i love those but i also love workouts that can kick my behind in 30 min for those day i dont want to be rushing to get my morning going after my workout! 🤗

    I'm only on day 4 now of strong regret not doing it when it actually started but better late than never right? 😊 Really enjoying it right now.       Keep it up!! I did her last program and now I’m doing this one and within weeks I noticed a huge difference. By the end of the program my entire body seemed to have transformed. Totally worth it!! 🥳

    Love your work outs, you make me feel like I am in an actual class and do not stop when I am feeling the burn! I discovered you at the beginning of this month and have done equalling to 30 minute videos a day 7 out of the 10 days this month and am already feeling stronger and less 'bloated'.     Did this one again and just love the pacing and those glute bridges. Wow. The burn is real. I have a lot of room for growth, and I'm excited to see how much my strength improves, especially considering where I started! I remember when 10 pounds was a real challenge for glute bridges...now it's 25 pounds.

    Great burn! I think I’m the only person that enjoyed not having the clock! When I started to wonder how much longer, Sydney would tell me. It felt great to just be in the workout and not focus on how much longer for this set or for the workout. Plus, for me the workout flowed faster and appeared to have less breaks. 🥰 loved it. Thanks

    OMG 😳 That was tough! The glute bridge circuit challenged me so much. At first I was like oh, ok we will just do 4 of these and move on, then Sydney said "ok, were gonna do that for 3 rounds", I about died lol But feeling the burn and feeling good.

    I’ll say it again Sydney is not playing this week!!!! I used 2 scoops of pre-workout yesterday and something told me I should probably do two again today, and I’m glad I did! crushed this demanding workout, used heavy weights and very proud of myself and I’m proud of all of you for crushing this work out!

    Started the warmup, which then turned into more exercise. I thought to myself, 🤔 interesting way of mixing it up…Then the real twist came when no timer started, and I loved it, it was really a nice change…I honestly thought this was all apart of your plot of changing things up and making it away of not focusing on the clock. I challenged myself to not check the time on the video because of that, and I succeeded- Lol Making up my own thoughts…Hahaha
    I also got excited when I noticed it was only a 30 minute workout, 🏋️‍♀️ although I do enjoy the longer ones…It sort of felt like you were rewarding us with a quick workout for the day.

    My whole body is vibrating right now. That was some glute builder!!! My glutes were toast and then Sydney announces we will finish with a fire hydrant series. WHAT!!!! I wanted to cry. Instead I crushed it!

    The lower body workouts keep getting better and better, this gave me the most amazing burn!! I'm seeing gains with this program that I haven't seen with YEARS of dumbbell workouts.
    Also, anyone else doing bridges/hip thrusts with a bootysprout machine?? I highly recommend it if you're hitting a plateau with weights and bands!

    Not my favorite but got it knocked out. The three rounds of glute bridges were killer. Thank you Sydney for pushing me to do the workouts I hate!!!

    Phew 😮‍💨 Omg this was my most favourite workout ever , ever Sydney you really brought the burn here girl but I’m strong 💪 and I did it , the sweat is just dripping 💕💕I would love more like this my glutes are shaking

    CRUSHED IT! Honestly shorter booty days allow me to go heavier & SQUEEZE harder with that mind-to-muscle connection. This is one of my new favorites. Glutes are shaking, endorphins in full effect. GRATEFUL. STRONG. BLESSED. Thank you for helping me remember just how badass I am. 😎❤️🍑🍑🍑🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Loved these glutes builder workouts, falling in love with my resistance bands and seeing the amazing results in tone and strength. Definitely felt the burn with this one today. This entire month of STRONG has been incredible, one of my favourites.

    I so much love this strong programme. Loved all of them but this is so far is my favourite. The best bit for me is there was no HIIT or cardio 🙈 not saying they are not good but your ones are always a killer. But i just prefer strength workout overall. Thank you Sydney for what you are doing.

    I thought my legs were completely recovered from the last leg day, but that glute bridge series activated some previously untapped muscle that was still quite sore. Wow! I felt the burn. I normally do not like fire hydrants, but I really enjoyed the format on these. Perhaps I just like listening to Sydney tell me what to do, lol. All I know is that I went harder and it went faster than it ever has.
