    Today is a glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and complete 2 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 50 pound dumbbells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you're ready!

    I read a quote by Mac Anderson yesterday that read "People are like sticks of dynamite. The power's on the inside but nothing happens until the fuse gets lit." I really resonated with this when it comes to fitness. You have to want it for yourself. No one can light that fuse besides you.
    Now lets talk about that workout. So so good! Loved the variety of glutes and abs for 2 rounds. It all burned so good. Favorite moves were the glute bridges, good mornings, kettlebell swings, and slow jack knives. But heck I loved it all. Amazing programming! Light that fuse inside of you and go crush your day my friends.

    Awesome workout! I'm still trying to get my deadlifts to be better in form so I don't use much weight. I loved the good mornings and kettlebell swing! Also, in doing glute bridges, when Sydney says don't lead with your stomach, something I learned to do is, before lifting, exhale first and then lift into a bridge. The exhale pulls your belly button in(activates transverse abs and aligns your pelvis to neutral position). If you do this, you will feel the difference as you begin the bridge by using your glutes, instead of at the top of the bridge. Just remember to not hold your breath! Just wanted to share that!

    Wow! I love this ab/glute combo. The ab circuits were so challenging! I really felt the burn. And I loved the glute band activation. I really felt my glutes engaged. This is my second time through this program and I love it.

    SPICY!!! My abs were burning, my glutes were burning! Wowza! My favorite is always the dead lifts! I have consistently been working on using my heavier weights for them, and I have gotten so much stronger! Let's go team strong!!! Crush this one today!!!

    I just did this workout on lunch and I may be walking like Herman Munster tomorrow…lol. I always love kettlebell swings and I loved the deadlifts and good mornings! I loved that it wasn’t a straight glutes workout…the abs just made it better! I did a 2 1/2 mile walk this morning and this was my actual workout!

    Wow what a challenge w the toe touches jack knives and bicycles . Planks were also tough ! For anyone that’s a member of her website - did she suggest pairing these workouts with other forms of cardio ? I feel like when we go back to cardio and endurance I’ll be so winded lol

    I woke up with stomach issues this morning. I had to pause between every ab exercise, but I didn't quit. Today was not my best but it was another step towards my goals. Thank you Sydney for showing up for me and reminding me to show up for myself.

    I loved the deadlift circuit! So proud of myself for being able to push for heavier weight thanks to my consistency and your awesome workouts. Thanks, also, for the variety of in your workout plans. Getting back into it is hard but I chose to focus on strength after not working out for months because it's my favorite and the best way for me to ease my way into working out again. It can be frustrating to start up but you've made it easy to start and to be consistent, to just show up. Thank you!

    I have to agree with others who have commented similarly -- am LOVING the added core work you've added to this series, Sydney! You heard my request (and others, it sounds like!), my abs are on FIRE after all of that core work, especially the last two circuits, holy wow! Also, I appreciated the toughness of this workout even more knowing that you filmed this after a LONG day of travel and you still showed up and gave us your best self. If you can crush it for US, we can crush it for YOU! Thank you for all that you do!! (both Sydney and Dustin!)

    This was one of those ones where you can't pick a favourite because it was a struggle to get through any at all in the headspace I've got today. But I feel so much better for gritting my teeth and getting through it. Not all of them are fun, but they always make me feel good!

    Loved this! I've always hated glutes and abs but this past year Sydney has changed my mind and made me realise how important it is to work those muscles (not just squats and HIIT all the time). Loved the format, and the moves. Nothing too complicated but totally challenging!!

    I am sixteen years old. not too overweight but have a little bit of fat that made me feel inferior and lazy sometimes. but I have started to do your exercises and it is my summer vacation. it is helping me a lot to be positive and think positively all day. it gives me a kind of boost. and now I have realized that I was not lazy.     Plank ups are my favorite! Anything that strengthens my shoulders I love...navy pushups too...see if we can do that too..4 years ago had a torn rotator cuff and slowly my strength, its all coming back.

    LOVEDD THIS workout. I really felt like giving up halfway because I was so not in the mood to continue. It was gloomy outside and I just felt gross all day, but I MADE IT TILL THE END and I am so proud of myself.     My favorite was the gluten bridge circuit. I am trying to really push my weights to help grow my glutes. I always enjoy your workouts, maybe not always while the are happening, but I look back on how far I have come and I'm grateful!

    Oh my gosh!! This workout FLEW BY!! When Sydney said “Flip it over, you’ve got 2 more minutes…” I really thought she was kidding!”
    I looked up and saw 3:59 on the clock- I was SHOCKED!! Yay! I did it and didn’t realize how hard I was working!!
    Of course, now I have to figure how I’m going to get up the steps and get back to work🤣🤣

    I loved the first glute circuit and the very last ab circuit! The ab crunch jackknives and bicycle circuit KILLED me omg it was nice at the end to have something that was doable 😂

    My favourite set was the Romanian deadlift, kettlebell swings and good morning. I really felt weak and tired today but I pushed through and felt amazing after. Thank you

    Seriously LOVE Glute days!!! Went extra hard for this one and booty and abs are definitely feeling it!! Proud of everyone who accomplished this workout! I’m not sure what my fav circuit was as I love glute bridge circuits but the good Morning circuit was different and challenging and those planks wow! Sweaty and feeling STRONG! 💪🏻🍑

    That was AWESOME!! I had a really hard time showing up these days. No energy, no motivation... But today I REALLY wanted to work-out and worked-out MAX! My fav set was definitely the glute bridge one! My glutes were on fire so much that I thought I will never stand up or sit down again ahaha!
