Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our arms and our abs with strengthening and sculpting exercises ! We will rock 14 exercises in 30 and 40 second intervals, 3 rounds of each superset. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that challenge you in moves that are as light as a tricep kickback and as heavy as a bent row or tricep overhead extension!

This month is so amazing! I’m pushing myself to new limits. Am I the only one who acts like Sydney is in their living room during these workouts 😂 I’m telling you, I talk to the screen as if she’s right next to me. Collective team. 🙌🏾 Now that I completed this kickass morning workout here, I am preparing my favorite post-workout breakfast - smoked salmon, cottage cheese, avocado slices and blackberries - all the macronutrients proportionately covered to help towards that lean muscle Sydney is so diligently sculpting...yesterday I wasn't so diligent, so I appreciate where Coach is coming from. Onward and upwards. 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️

My mind need that workout. It’s been filled with mental gremlins fighting over some limiting beliefs. That workout put those gremlins on the sidelines and I was totally committed and focused on my body during this workout. Thank you for helping me embrace the balance and challenge. Those gremlins will be back as the day progresses (such is life and my mental tendencies- which are evolving) and I will draw myself back to the experience of this workout. 🙌

I always do Sydney's 20 or 30 minute band or no band stretches after the workouts. The stretches just relaxes and loosens everything in the body and gets us ready for the next day.

Abs were a killer today lol but I see the progression in that I wasn’t able to do even a full sit up when I started ignite in January and now I can! And I always love a challenging upper body day, all of the pulses were fire, literal fire in my muscles. And I loved it!
Working on not being so obsessed with physical progress, it’s there but I have to keep reminding myself that 2months isn’t that long of a time so appreciate the small differences I can see and don’t let the fact that I don’t look how I want to look yet get me down. I’m a baby to consistent workouts and they may be the easiest part of this health journey, making healthy and complete nutritional choices is the hardest part for me and so many that I know. But I still do it, and if I have a moment of indulgence I know it’s okay because it’s all a balancing act and I’m going to keep at it til I can’t no mo.

I showed up and am going to continue to in order to push myself with these awesome workouts. Even though... I stink at pushups, the bridges the other day were trying so I’m glad she did them again, and man is my left side weaker than my right... great job everyone.

A couple months ago I could not do 6 reps of tricep extensions, now I can finish the extension rounds without getting tired. Two years ago I physically could not do a push up but now I can I thank Sydney for helping me push through to get stronger. Also love the green for St Patty's day :) 💗 love y'all team

I need to work on my strength more so with that said each workout I do with you Sydney I feel more and more stronger. Another is having chocolate at night I might not indulge in chocolate but I’ll have a couple and then feel guilty. So have to work on my mindset of fighting temptation when it’s there. I loved this workout and def crushed it though it was pretty tough I pushed through like I always do. You seize to amaze me every time. Thank you 😊
