Omg I remember this one from 2 years ago. Firstly it reminds me of when my twins just turned 3 😭 second I seriously cried. The soundtrack brings back so many memories of 5am workouts proceeded by pumping (breastmilk) before the little babies were up ❤
I go to the gym every day and I used to always do the same thing and I was getting so tired of my workouts so I found a girl that lost a lot of weight on tik tok and she sent me here to Sydney. And the first day I swear I was dripping in sweat and the next day I was so sore unlike ever before. She really knows how to make you stronger. These are seriously the best workouts EVER. and I have tried a lot

Woot Hoot!!!! Yesssahhhh!!!! I think this is the 3rd time doing this workout and I see why it's in the Fan Fave's. Love this! I'm a day behind as I took off yesterday b/c too busy working all day. But here I am back at it and opted for the longer workout today. Love it. My abs are burning in the BEST of ways. Love it! I really love how the stronger I get the more enjoyable the burn of the muscle is. Instead of burning and absolute fatigue to where I had to stop and fall before now I'm in the burn and strong enough to keep working through the burn to come out the other end perfectly cooked. lol. Thanks Sydney and I'm going to share this with my client today. Thanks!
Oh my goodness. That AB finisher he got to be the TOUGHEST one you’ve ever done. I know this is an older workout and I’ve followed you for a few years now but that was AWESOME. ❤My Abs are burning 🔥
90 days ago I couldn’t even do a sit up. I had to work on my transverse abdominals first. Now I just crushed all of today’s workout! I’m shocked! I can’t believe how much stronger I am! Thanks Sydney for the free daily workouts! So don’t give up!!! If I can do it, so can you!!!!!

This was a wonderful 90 days and I’m super proud of myself and anyone else that completed this challenge! I did love this workout but felt a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any acknowledgement about it being the end of summer time fine 2.0- finding Sydney had changed my life and REALLY helped me feel like the best version of me!!! Thank you so much Sydney and Dustin I haven’t been at a healthy body weight ever and I think I’m on my way because of these workouts and you’re enthusiasm. My last baby is 12 today! It took me over 10 years to finally start taking some ME time.. Today I feel strong and proud and ready for some ice cream cake without putting myself down after. Thank you for always keeping it positive Sydney 💪🏼
Lunges and reverse lunges are way easier than they used to be..and I used to lean to the side to struggle up, now I stay centered the whole time and I did the whole ab burnout from beginning to end without stopping, I didn't use weight for abs but my form was perfect..I had a really good mind muscle connection going on..two good non scale victories
